Just made the Brauliorita. Delicious. Maybe a bit too tart, but the Limes did not seem to give a lot of juice, so it may just be the quality of the limes. Will add this to my list of cocktails. Thanks again for the great videos.
That last one needs the simple syrup. I prefer my cocktails to be less sweet, so when I make my own stuff, I'm guilty of under sweetening it. Then I have to turn around and add a half ounce of simple to it.
