You've thought me a lot and I really enjoy this new hobby of mine! Keep up the wonderful work you do and congrats on the engagement to both of you! Cheers from a fan in Serbia!
congrats guys. thank you from Carmel, CA. I started bartending for the first time in 17 years this last year, and you are the only real reason why I can show up with more game than the twenty-somethings I work with. Thank you. Keep it coming.
I look forward to you posting videos every week. I am an avid home-cocktail maker. On top of your offerings just being great recipes, your channel educates me with the 'hows' and 'whys' the cocktails are contructed. Thanks for the channel. 100 episodes, onwards and upwards
Just made the North Cove, partly because it was the only one where I had all (or, in some cases, any) of the ingredients, and partly because I was intrigued by the Amaretto and Campari component. Wasn't sure that it would work, but it really does! The flavours combine to make something entirely new. It is intense though, so I served on the rocks as you suggested. I'll make this again!
YOU ARE THE BRAVEST... EIGHT EACH... and having balls enough to admit beeing a little boozed before mixing the last one.. respect, respect, respect. Thumbs up!
The North Cove is a new favorite. It's like if you poured cherry juice on a grapefruit and balanced the sour/bitter with sweet by pouring some sugar on top. It's very nice.
Cheers Anders. As someone who started following when you only had hundreds, it’s been a fun ride watching you build countless cocktails! What a great way to celebrate your 100th video. Working on a muddled Blueberry bourbon drink. Still need a name. Muddle a handful of blueberries in mixing tin then add 2 oz of bourbon 1 oz triple sec/Cointreau 1/4 oz lemon juice
@@AndersErickson thanks bro. Something I started coming up with after my mom passed doin the grieving thing. went from a bourbon side car to that. It is tasty my friend. The lemon adds that little bit of tartness to the blueberries
@@AndersErickson just thought of the name for it. Bro you can give it your professional opinion and changes. But keep the name The Midnight Mary. For my momma bro. And yes I'd appreciate your changes and twists to it but this one is for my mom. Side note she was a bar tender and selected him for years and here I am. He fell 80ft at work and she gave up everything for that man he reset to a newborn and the stuff I seen her go through for that man. I'm telling ya God or whoever or whatever broke the mold when they made her. My dad was never supposed to walk talk anything ever again. And she had him to the point you wouldn't know he had multiple severe brain injuries unless you start asking him questions. And she loved her blueberries so it has to stay named after her
Truly enjoy your cocktail presentations. They're a balanced mix of information, instruction and personality. It's nice, too, getting Az's perspective. You two make a good team. Thanks for the hard work you put into these videos! Cheers.
Something I'd add is the presentation of #4 Officer and Gentien is lovely. I know it's not the most important thing but a good looking drink presented nicely adds a certain something
Well THAT was a fun episode. I like Oz being on screen because she adds a complimentary personality to the already effervescent one we are all accustomed to and enjoy. I'm new to the mixology game, so still learning here, but well invested mostly because of the pandemic. I used to get my cocktails at some of the great cocktail bars here in San Francisco, but now I'm making my own and it's SO MUCH FU*hic* FUN! I'm amazed at all of the possibilities on the alcohol palette and this episode underlines the diversity. Good job!

I really enjoyed this video! I'm a bit of an amateur mixologist, and submitted a recipe (the Venezuela Libre), and I was really inspired by the creativity of the drinks in the video, I really want to go and mix all of them! Here's to 100 more!
The Roasted Apple remidns me of a "baked apples", a traditional christmas treat around here. All that is missing would be a "marzipan" component. I might try this one with half/half caramel and orgeat. ^^
You two are just such fantastic humans! I've just sat here for over an hour watching videos, and enjoyed every moment of it! Inspired me to finally pull the trigger on something I have been wanting to do, and that is, to get some cocktail supplies! So the Amazon order is on route :) Keep being you! The world needs it
So far I've only made The Bounty but what an excellent cocktail. perfectly balanced. I made this for people who normally dont drink cocktails and they loved it and all plan to make it for their families over the holidays.
I really like that Tiki drink, great recipe! Will try as soon as possible. Rubicon is a GB founded beverage manufacturer now based in Canada. I used to love the soft drinks - they are quite sweet and make for easy, flavorful long drinks! Sparkling mango with heavy rum or lychee with wodka was my go-to years ago. Never thought of trying cocktails with the juices, I'll be having nice times experimenting with that! Thanks for the recipes, all of you guys!
Here is an easy and tasty one I’m sipping on tonight: 2oz - Una Vida Anejo Tequila Few dashes of Regans Orange Bitters 3-4oz Fever Tree Smokey Ginger Ale Build in glass on ice. Stir
Thank you for choosing 온새미로 as honorable mentions! I hope you get to enjoy distilled soju more often in the future! By the way, your pronunciation was fine 👍
This drink inspired me to try a riff on the Django Reinhardt. You might be interested in trying it. 3 Soju 1 dry vermouth 1 lemon juice .5 maesil 2 slices orange Muddle the orange slices in a shaker, then add all the ingredients and shake on ice. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Enjoy!
What an enjoyable episode.. congratulations on your 100th video. I'm sure there's many more to come. I love the names of the cocktails you selected here. Goes to show how creative these respectable people are. Cheers.
I made a winter cocktail thats a riff on a brandy alexader. I named it; Alex in Winter Stockings: 45ml London Dry Gin, 20ml Creme de Cacao Blanc, 5ml Cinnamon Syrup, 15ml Port, 35ml Half & Half. It's very Morrish, enjoy people. Love the Video Anders.
Rubicon is a juice brand primarily sold in Asian supermarkets (at least in Europe), so I suppose it is either a mango juice or mango concentrate of some kind
Here’s mine. A cinnamon apple old fashioned. I use Clyde Maye Alabama styled whiskey and some apple flavor whiskey. I smoke the cinnamon and an apple slice.
Episodes that inspire…. I constantly imagined scenarios where I might serve and drink each of these cocktails, great selection. Also, a fantastic presentation for these viewer submissions. Quite a lot of fun!
This was really fun, thanks for doing it! I hope you'll do it again, because I was SOO close to submitting one but I wanted to try another variation of my cocktail before I shared it. Cheers!
Congratulations on the 100th episode! And congratulations to those that made the cut! Hope someday you’ll be able to do a round 2 of this, great episode and loved looking at the submissions myself.
This was SO cool, and an awesome way to celebrate 100 episodes! I balked at submitting my one and only original cocktail, but am doubly inspired to continue refining so I can submit it for round two. Cheers!
Tried two of these for which I had at least most of the ingredients (disclaimers to follow). First was The Bounty (Disclaimer #1: I used baby Saz for the rye and Rothman & Winter apricot). I thought it was okay, but I to me the allspice dram dominated a bit much. I might try it again with only 1/2 oz next time. Might also use a barrel strength rye. Second was The North Cove (Disclaimer #2: I didn't have any Grand Marnier, so I used 1/4 oz Cointreau and 1/4 oz Cognac). Loved it! Glad I finally found a use for Campari! While I didn't have Liquid Tylenol flashbacks (they're younger than I am), it reminded me of a liquid Jolly Rancher. Now I also should probably eat something...
Not a bartender or anything but I got a drink that I kept to myself for no good reason. It's a Jamaican riff on "Irish Car Bomb", just replace the whiskey by Jamaican rum and the baileys by Tia Maria. You should try it.
Cool video. I'm going to make the North Cove and Jalisco Lily tonight. I'm just gonna do all Tequila on the Lily though. Not the biggest fan of the smoky flavor of Mezcal.
I really enjoyed reading through all the submitted recipes. I don't know how you guys chose! There were a LOT that looked very tasty. I lost a day somewhere and submitted my own one day late, only discovering that after I'd typed it out and then reread the post. Ah, well! It's shared, anyhow. You should make this a regular feature, maybe once or twice a year.
You don’t have to worry. We are out here and we are watching. Today I noticed that the drinks on the Starbucks drink board look like cocktails. Keep up the good work.
You commented that "The Bounty" tasted like peach cobbler... and since I had peach schnapps but no apricot liqueur, I subbed. Also had Woodford Reserve bourbon, but no rye, so made a second substitution. However... it was phenomenal. Definitely a dessert cocktail, but well balanced. Love it.
Been a fan for a while. Thank you for making these entertaining and resourceful videos. Got me started making cocktails! Congratulations on the 100th episode!

I don't even drink but I just love listening to Anders and Co doing their thing. Love it!!
Yes Rubicon brand juices are a staple of the foreign foods section of Ontario grocery stores.
Really fantastic video, and some great sounding drinks in there. The other day I was reminiscing about when you used to do Tiki Thursdays.
Here is an easy and tasty one I’m sipping on tonight:
2oz - Una Vida Anejo Tequila
Few dashes of Regans Orange Bitters
3-4oz Fever Tree Smokey Ginger Ale
Build in glass on ice. Stir
Thank you for choosing 온새미로 as honorable mentions! I hope you get to enjoy distilled soju more often in the future!
By the way, your pronunciation was fine 👍
This drink inspired me to try a riff on the Django Reinhardt. You might be interested in trying it.
3 Soju
1 dry vermouth
1 lemon juice
.5 maesil
2 slices orange
Muddle the orange slices in a shaker, then add all the ingredients and shake on ice. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Enjoy!
Tim Reinhardt I’ll definitely try it out soon! Thanks for your suggestion!
What an enjoyable episode.. congratulations on your 100th video. I'm sure there's many more to come. I love the names of the cocktails you selected here. Goes to show how creative these respectable people are.
Cheers.
I made a winter cocktail thats a riff on a brandy alexader. I named it;
Alex in Winter Stockings:
45ml London Dry Gin, 20ml Creme de Cacao Blanc, 5ml Cinnamon Syrup, 15ml Port, 35ml Half & Half.
What a journey since Feb 2021. My cupboards are full of bottles because of you two. I love it.
Hey guys! congratulations not only on the 100 episodes but also for the engagement!
Episodes that inspire…. I constantly imagined scenarios where I might serve and drink each of these cocktails, great selection. Also, a fantastic presentation for these viewer submissions. Quite a lot of fun!
This was a rad idea I hope you do more eps in this format in the future! Cheers Anders🥂
I love you both! Making the best drinks in the western world.
hmmm. I'm sure I have not yet seen all 100 but I will keep searching on RUclips. Great channel.. thank you
This was really fun, thanks for doing it!
I hope you'll do it again, because I was SOO close to submitting one but I wanted to try another variation of my cocktail before I shared it.
Cheers!
big fan of this episode!
I love to see new recipes and your passion for mastering them.
Next time I hopefully don't miss the announcement for recipes!
Cheers!
I love how they get progressively more tipsy throughout the video. ❤️
Thanks for this great video and trying out the viewers drinks - please do this again! Some of these sound so good - just writing my shopping list!!
Glad to hear you liked it, cheers!
Such a fun episode, thanks guys! Congratz on the 100 episodes!
Congrats on 100 episodes, this was a fun one!
What an awesome hundredth video - so many interesting drinks! Your guy’s channel is the best.
Not a bartender or anything but I got a drink that I kept to myself for no good reason. It's a Jamaican riff on "Irish Car Bomb", just replace the whiskey by Jamaican rum and the baileys by Tia Maria. You should try it.
I love this dynamic, very good video
it is incredible to see the cocktails from different parts of the world
Cool video. I'm going to make the North Cove and Jalisco Lily tonight. I'm just gonna do all Tequila on the Lily though. Not the biggest fan of the smoky flavor of Mezcal.
Let me know what you think of the north cove! Always happy to get feed back to keep perfecting it
I made the North Cove with both Campari and Aperol. I liked the Aperol better. Campari is just too bitter for me. But we did enjoy the Aperol version.
Thank you guys so much for 100 episodes. I honestly couldn't stop smiling through this whole video.
That was a lot of fun to watch! Congrats on 100 episodes!
Congratulations on 100 episode, I love your channel. I am always excited waiting for new videos.
Congrats to the milestone! Keep the amazing videos and cocktails coming! Cheers!
Thank you so much! Cheers to you!
This is so cool! I love the engagement with your subscribers! The bounty looks particularly amazing.
Such a great video! 👏👏👏 And what a funny, entertaining and charming couple the two of you are! Keep on doing great content. Cheers from over sea.
Congrats on 100 episodes Anders and Az! You two are awesome. Heres to many more!
Love it.
Your channel is very entertaining. Even for someone who doesn't drink Al that much. Cheers guys. Keep em coming. I'm all tuned in
Been a fan for a while. Thank you for making these entertaining and resourceful videos. Got me started making cocktails! Congratulations on the 100th episode!
Congrats on 100 videos!! What an awesome idea to showcase some fan's drinks. A lot of creative people out there.
So many submissions looked so good - it was hard to pick just eight to make!
just tried the smoked salmon with the amaro it calls for and ahus akvavit - it was more than the sum of its parts! thanks for all the amazing videos!
