Would enjoy seeing an inspector REJECT a batch of cheese and compel a process investigation to learn where an issue originates from.
No
Lol, really? The title should've been how cheddar cheese is moved around because little is shown about how is made.
luvdocumentary agreed
I agreee
Shut it and eat your darn cheese!
Its funny how she taste tests it and all she writes is 'ok'
that maybe because she eats like ten pounds of it a day, she probably wants to write 'meh' or something of those sorts
'meh'
@Marcel Hübert indeed
I want to be a cheese inspector
you will eat all of it😂
Same😅
I knew the first comment would be this before I even scrolled to the comments section
guys you needs to show this as a small documentary. you did a great job with the butchery videos. use the same format. why waste so much time of sending a crew to a factory or any place and then just get a minute of footage out of an editing session with minimum explanations of the process. the reason we subscibed to this channel is due to interest in food and its culture not to be 1 minute video junkies. You did your homework but then submited only one page WHY?
if you don't like the format i suggest you'd find a different documentary style channel, i for one enjoy the fast paces quick facts im given in a couple of minutes and just seeing the process i don't feel the need to watch an hours worth of documentary to see how cheese is made.
Tillamook and Beecher's - keeping the Pacific Northwest dairyfied since forever. (But yeah, I'd also love to see more here! That factory makes so much neat stuff.)
anyone else eating cheese while watching this?? lol.
Lol
"This cheddar cheese factory has been using the same recipe for 100 years" is it the recipe for cheddar cheese, by any chance?
lol
yea this video doesnt do it justice, ive been to the factory about a dozen times and when you're there you can go on a self guided tour on how they create all the different types of cheeses, cheddar, swiss, mozzarella, etc
It's Tillamook, so it's pretty good cheese actually.
I was eating Tillamook cheddar cheese when I looked this up 😂
Same
What a great job tasting cheese for flavor and consistency. Dangerous though. 👍👨🍳😊
Chef Rafi's Awesome World Why is it dangerous? Sickness? I'm sure it's tested for mold and what not before the taste
How could tasting cheese be dangerous? Too much Cholesterol?
ikutoisahobo He probably means it jokingly since your eating delicious cheese all the time lol
JKMCraveTV and you’ll get really fat!
i love how like 3 people thought he was serious lol
Look at the cheese tester, how lucky she is
Ive been to the Tillamook factory before. Awesome place and the cheese is great
I would love to tour a factory like that!!! Love to sample the fresh cheese too!!!
JKMCraveTV I had an opportunity to sample lots of their cheeses and me and my family loved it. My parents always try to buy their cheese whenever they have the opportunity.
+KM R While driving along the 101 I saw Tillamook Cheese and actually pulled in to the parking lot but decided to skip the tour. Big regret. 😬
I love their sharp cheddar!
@@NorthCascades i work at a cheese factory there's cheese that's better than sharp need to try the vintage sharp
tillamook cheese is fucking amazing
I want to make my own cheese so badly!
Tillamook is exceptional cheese 👍🏻
Nice chunk to “inspect” 😂
@0:46 that lady tastes a huge piece of cheese, lol you would think a small bit would be okay if your eating cheese all day. lol wonder how often cheese tasters live? ha ha
Tillamook! LOL, they have an ice cream flavor called Marionberry.
0:43 nice job
I was watching this video thinking “I wonder if they have any videos of the factory in tillamook?”…
Well then.
The title says it's The Process... but there isn't even so much as captioning explaining the process. Pictures of it are not self-explanatory in this instance, so... pretty much worthless. Doesn't appear to be an official Tillamook video because you can tell when you eat their cheeses, they take the right steps and don't rush the process.
Wallace is in here
House violation profound tdzegt increase over little storage counter emphasize consistent distinction
I wonder how much cheese they have to taste test a day lol
If that's her job, tasting cheese everyday, boy oh boy it must suck and I wouldn't be surprised if she began to hate cheese
i do hate it and we don't make it. those big blocks you saw weigh 40lbs that's what we recieve and that machine that was bagging the cheese when they're cut down to 2lb blocks we have that to we pretty much just cut it bag it box it ship it
Does the inspector have to eat that big chunk of cheese off every batch?
Do you think she even enjoys the cheese still???
You’re videos have great music
Injurylawyer does anyone in America know the difference between your, you're, you are any more???

This video's More like how cheese is packed.
The real question is why am I watching this?
Neat
INSPECTOR TASTE TEST? WTF? I GET PAID TO TASTE CHEESE? WHERE CAN I GET THIS JOB???
work at a cheese factory like i do lol.. but we don't have "taste testers" but are aloud to take some cheese when you go on break... i get tired of looking at it everyday i press and tote around 500lbs of cheese barrel after barrel
Why the extra sharp smell like feet?
Really didn't show how anything was made anywhere..
Yum 😋
"How cheddar is made" but the video doesnt explain how cheddar is made.
This isn't cheddar
I like the test tasteing but at first it wasn't lookin good
It does look like a rather unflattering process to make the cheese lol
0:44 yup it's good,
Stinks just like my stinky ass feet
🦶🧀🤢🤮

This video earned an unsubscribe from me. Anyone can take b-roll footage and lay in a stock music loop... no information about the topic at all. This is phoned in, low-effort.

...
:(
lol
This video is American food. Mass produced. Shipped long distances. Made in a factory. No wonder food tastes like crap in America
cl223 nothing like a gratuitous insult to show the world how cool you are.
Ye I am sure a few family run farms can give a large part of the world some cheddar cheeses at affordable prices for the average person/family.
aleyuyah! cheese in america does not taste like cheese
Exactly, this is just plastic which is sold as cheddar
cl223 do you really think food isn't produced like that in every other country? Do you have any idea how many fuching people there are in the world?
Real cheddar is made in the UK.
Gabriel Martins You really mean Wisconsin.
lol no
You realise there's a city called Cheddar in the UK, right? And that it's where the cheese's name comes from? It's like making parmiggiano ("from Parma") in France. France makes excelent cheeses, but parmiggiano only comes from Parma. Real English Cheddar is rich, complex and has no food dye.
I don't care where it originated from. It's been around since the 11th Century and came to America with the settlers so it's been in the United States as long as we've been a Nation. However, where the BEST cheddar comes from certainly isn't in the UK. Sorry, but that would be Fiscalini Bandage-Wrapped Cheddar from California.
no...
“...in aN enormous factory” Goodness fricking sake! Basic English!!!! And I’m not even a native tongue!!!!
This isn't even cheddar cheese.
You know... because cheddar cheese can only be made in Cheddar, in the UK...
As far as we know, the term "Cheddar" has no protected designation of origin within the EU. So the term "Cheddar" is applied to cheese in the ilk of the original cheese. However, "West Country Farmhouse Cheddar" does have a protected designation of origin. Only cheese produced with milk from Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall and manufactured using traditional methods may use the name.
Damn son you got schooled.
They literally copied and pasted it from google. Definitely "schooled".
HyperionNyx research is research. Truth not journey to truth matters.
dude he was joking chiiiillll
Did not see any cheese. just some kind of rubber blocks traveling around in a factory. maybe next time visit a factory in Europe.
european factories are the same, why would they be any different? your just dumb and trying to show how much better you are because you were born on a different scrap of land than almost a billion other people, (i'm european you can't say much)
