hi zac! bloody cold here in uk ! hack 1 ... did you know the notches on the screw to tighten the mic to the top can be used to thread your wire down .. I do this , its what they're meant for. hack 3 .. I used this in the past. its great. hack 4 .. i use this a lot.. kills your neck after a while but works. part 2 of hacks: use the tripod on your shoulder as a makeshift stabiliser. , use the tripod to push forward or back as a jib. put a piece of fishing line across the lens for anamorphic flares. also you can set up the camera with AF on but when you press a button it holds the focus, say when someone walks by , the af will focus on them when you dont want it. then let go when they passed. good luck .. how are you enjoying your new camera ? I hope you find people to film, this the annoying part wanting to film but no one to be your actor lol

FROM INDIA....Hii Zacahary ....U r doing good by teaching something that i didn't know about earlier.....the thing i want to ask is....i have a Gopro 9 but ....i edit that vdos in VSDC player ....and after exporting to u tube....the quality has gotten poor....but ur vds quality is great even in 360p....so what is the matter....is it becaus eim not usimg any Paid version editing app or what....please i want to know this....please reply me....
@@RaftaarGang I have a gopro here 8 and it tends to also look bad most of the time when i use it. The problem could possibly be that you are using the wrong export settings or filming in a low resolution, But that's just an idea, I really don't know. I hope that helps
