I have a question: just curious I tried pronouncing the word yuè which means month and I said the word to Siri and she thought I said something else in Chinese. Just curious, do you round up your mouth? Or how do you use your mouth to pronounce the word

To learn the finals is easy to me because i already speak javanese, indonesian, English and Dutch.
But to read the chinese consonan like z, zh, c, ch, q, x is very difficult. I don't hear the difference.
But this teacher is amazing! It's like he understands the students.

This is a great way to understand tones and the structure of words! I began mandarin lessons 2 years ago but couldnt go anymore after more than a year bc of work and many other activities outside .... but this video was almost as a whole week at school back then ;)
