Charlie being resistant isn't something only a nonbeliever will experience. A good friend of mine had the key and permission to "the most haunted" Octagon Hall in Kentucky. I was raised in Pentecost so wild spiritual activity was an atmosphere I was prepared for. I didn't go in trying to make an effort to communicate but just observe and listen to the stories, he knew, about what happened there. An hour or so into it (just me and him w no lights) he told me I could get "them" to throw things and respond to us. I wasn't interested. As we left he begin telling me about bringng others in and activity being off the charts but with me it was the most peaceful he had ever seen. Multiple times I've been in places where people had been virtually harassed by whatever was there and I would be unbothered. A few times it was someone right next to me. If you don't ɓelive or seem to not believe they don't want you to. And Eddie..... you know your limits on entertaining these things and potentially bringing a "friend" home with you. For a bit of background as to why they likely claimed it's the most haunted place in all of Florida. The entire area of St. Augustine in and of itself, is a very haunted place due to war, disease and death. However, my personal opinion is that Fort Augustine itself would likely be more haunted. Also, St Augustine's lighthouse is said to be haunted, but I'm doubtful of that. The reason why I think it would be more haunted is thus: Castillo de Dan Marcos, more commonly known as Fort Augustine, was built in 1696 and is still standing till this day. When the Civil War broke out in 1861, it was originally being occupied by Confederate troops, it was quickly overrun by Union troops in 1862, just one year after the war had broken out. In the battle for control over Fort augustine, 122 soldiers were killed 16 soldiers were captured, 14 soldiers deserted battle and 56 artillery pieces were confiscated by the Union and 1 schooner was captured. From research, many people believe that the dungeon of Castillo de San Marcos is one of, if not the most haunted places in the fort itself.

For me, I feel like the fact that all the records of that place were "missing" or were "burned" is pretty sus. That coupled with the fact that a whole lot didn't happen in the video makes me wonder... was it actually haunted? I believe in ghosts, but I've also noticed that owning a haunted property and letting paranormal investigators in makes a lot of money. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever owns the jail made up a lot of the backstory, claimed that all the records are gone to cover up the fact that it was all made up, and then opened it up for paranormal investigation. For a bit of background as to why they likely claimed it's the most haunted place in all of Florida. The entire area of St. Augustine in and of itself, is a very haunted place due to war, disease and death. However, my personal opinion is that Fort Augustine itself would likely be more haunted. Also, St Augustine's lighthouse is said to be haunted, but I'm doubtful of that.
The reason why I think it would be more haunted is thus:
Castillo de Dan Marcos, more commonly known as Fort Augustine, was built in 1696 and is still standing till this day. When the Civil War broke out in 1861, it was originally being occupied by Confederate troops, it was quickly overrun by Union troops in 1862, just one year after the war had broken out.
In the battle for control over Fort augustine, 122 soldiers were killed 16 soldiers were captured, 14 soldiers deserted battle and 56 artillery pieces were confiscated by the Union and 1 schooner was captured.
From research, many people believe that the dungeon of Castillo de San Marcos is one of, if not the most haunted places in the fort itself.

For me, I feel like the fact that all the records of that place were "missing" or were "burned" is pretty sus. That coupled with the fact that a whole lot didn't happen in the video makes me wonder... was it actually haunted? I believe in ghosts, but I've also noticed that owning a haunted property and letting paranormal investigators in makes a lot of money. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever owns the jail made up a lot of the backstory, claimed that all the records are gone to cover up the fact that it was all made up, and then opened it up for paranormal investigation. I for one have never heard of that jail before and the fact that almost NOTHING happened the entire video when the Boys have caught a lot of crazy stuff in other vids makes me think.

I am thinking because it is such a popular tourist place, that may affect energy levels? in the supernatural sense but I could be wrong.
