Nice to see Flower and her family again, I knew there had been other documentaries on The Whiskers family but I had never seen them until today. I knew all of these characters from "Meerket Manor" in 2007.
The fact that the video producers didn’t return Charlie to the family is disgusting. They have no problem exploiting and spying on this family for profit, but can’t do any favors in return for them?

I will have to watch Meerkat Manor: Rise Of The Dynasty to see how Sophie, Mitch and Axel have fared, my fav meerkats, after the unfortunate loss of Shakespeare. Mozart's death was heart wrenching.
Without making to sad, every single meerkat from that time period has passed on now. Meerkats don't live long, and Zaphod is the oldest known living meerkat at age 12 and died in 2011 from old age. So there won't be a single meerkat like Sophie, mitch etc alive from that time anymore. Plus you can look up the meerkat Manor wikia to find out about each meerkat and their story.

The one that attacked Shakespear also died later from an illness, possibly an infection after the fight. So Shakespear made the fight an even trade.

I was upset that Motart the 'caring one' had such a hard life, she later became the wayward one but she seemed caring to me, always nursing flowers pups. Cheers for the update guys. Me and my misses have just finished the final episode. We came across it recently and we have been glued to it. Gutted it ended as I would of loved more episodes. Anyway just wanted to try and find out some sort of information on what happened next as we both loved Sophie and mitch also rocketdog Wilson. Just gutted that the series ended in 09 and I never got to see how they all got on in the end.
I grew up watching MM and loved it. I always thought the drama was real until I matured and realized that the producers would edit footage and re-use a ton of it to make a fictional story for each episode. And not only that but many "characters" were played by different 'kats (Carlos for example) Still love the show though.
I agree to a certain extent but I don't think it was necessary to make up a fictional story for every episode. The animals provide their own story and drama. If you don't think so, watch the Dynasties series sometime. I can't imagine trying to find footage to fit a story and keep everything consistent with ages, the time of the year, etc. That would be a nightmare for the producers.

Meerkat 1198 I’m glad there starting the series up in 2021, although it’s not the main family, apparently it’s a family of meerkats near the old manor, with decedents from whiskers, which I’m happy about.

They are the one's baking in the red piping hot sun for 10 years studying these tough little wonderful amazing creatures survive the harsh environment. While we get to sit back, relax in our homes and for every 20 minute episode, get to learn something. 10 years of studying cramped into a 20 minutes episodes. But we can also make up our own minds instead of the mob mentality these days where so many follow blindly like sheep for what is shown by the media or texts or whatever. Example: Rumor is 2 men did something, I don't remember what. So the mob shows up and without evidence they brutally beat the 2 poor terrified men and burn them alive. While many scumbags are busy with their phones held high and recording all of it. Turns out it was only a vicious rumor and 2 families were destroyed. These 2 men were innocent. Or another scum sucking dirt bag, throws a brick at a hard working business owners glass window and the rest of the idiots follow. Next thing you know there are looters, stealing and taking things which doesn't belong to them in the first place. And in matter of minutes/hours so much property/lives/livelihood is destroyed. Flowers, the leader is a vicious female and I would guess that all other female leaders in other clans are similar to Flowers and they can't let other females mate and have pups for fear of over population like Flowers is facing currently. @@jonoanders9255 I read that it's the descendants of Flower who was the matriarch for a long time until killed by a cobra while defending her pups. That was the saddest episode and I really missed Flower. I really liked Mozart and was hoping she could find another group and have pups!! She had the worst luck always!!

😳🤯 I remember Meerkat Manor when it was on Animal Planet, when they were the Whiskers. I remember Mozart an Tosca, an I remember Flower died, that was so sad. Idk what episode it was or anything, so when their series ended I never saw it again an I was very sad, bcuz I had really gotten attached to it. Only now am I finding out what happened. Why did their names get changed? They could have gone on with the same names so we would be able to follow them an see how Flowers kids ended up. Thank u for that knowledge I had no idea!! I'm just happy to have found them again! Does anyone know what order the episodes an series r in? I'm confused. Flower is the one with the collar, and Ella is the one without a collar, and the end Carlos comes and gets busy with the one with the collar, and she's ( narrator) is calling her ella. What the heck!!🤔

@@Nam61KY Yes and no. These documentaries make things more emotional, and the narrator cons people into believing that one mob is the ‘good’ mob and one is the ‘bad.’ They’ll also use footage from different mobs and say they’re the Whiskers or Lazuli or whichever.
@@Michelle-fz7wm Sir, of course they make it more emotional and they can show us what they want. They are the one's baking in the red piping hot sun for 10 years studying these tough little wonderful amazing creatures survive the harsh environment. While we get to sit back, relax in our homes and for every 20 minute episode, get to learn something. 10 years of studying cramped into a 20 minutes episodes.
But we can also make up our own minds instead of the mob mentality these days where so many follow blindly like sheep for what is shown by the media or texts or whatever.
Example: Rumor is 2 men did something, I don't remember what. So the mob shows up and without evidence they brutally beat the 2 poor terrified men and burn them alive. While many scumbags are busy with their phones held high and recording all of it. Turns out it was only a vicious rumor and 2 families were destroyed. These 2 men were innocent.
Or another scum sucking dirt bag, throws a brick at a hard working business owners glass window and the rest of the idiots follow. Next thing you know there are looters, stealing and taking things which doesn't belong to them in the first place. And in matter of minutes/hours so much property/lives/livelihood is destroyed.
So many pictures are photo shopped and once again many people believe it.
Flowers, the leader is a vicious female and I would guess that all other female leaders in other clans are similar to Flowers and they can't let other females mate and have pups for fear of over population like Flowers is facing currently.
