Public tip. If you make a lot of custom clothing. Backup the preferences from the C/ Users / Public / Public Documents / Reallusion / Custom folder. I would recommend backing up the whole Realusion folder. If you reinstall your OS and CC3 you will loose everything 😭. This happened to me but luckily I was able to salvage it because I cloned my drive. If I can save someone the hassle. Cheers.
Edit Pose Window does not show. So cannot use Mirror. Have written Reallusion multiple time over the past 2 years with zero solve. Given I've dropped major dosh on CC4, Iclone 8, Headshot 2 and Skin Gen, would be nice to get a solve. Vent vent vent.
will the skin weights painting also help with skin poking thru when clothing slides down over body as i dont want to hide skin mesh i want to see the skin?
@@Markom3D He is talking about weight painting thick clothes. I tried so many times and is crazy hard in CC4 because is not as smooth as in Blender. Is hard to keep parallel vertex to have the same value so I just delete the faces that are inside and only keep jackets wrist thick. If I paint skin weights in Blender, CC4 will delete that and apply it's own again forcing you to paint skin weights inside, is a nightmare.
So i haven't watched the video yet but i am trying to figure out if you can read minds or something. I literally was discussing this topic with another person. :)

Is there a way to bring in weights from blender? The cc4 weights always suck and I can never fix them enough to be acceptable.

The smooth brush has been unreasonably slow for me in CC4, like 10 seconds per click.
what about clothing with thickness? its so difficult...
Just add a solidify modifier
