I highly recommend Tallinn as a city to visit. We went there and really enjoyed the place. Lots of suprises and history. We also went to Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia. They all appreciated the tourists. We were very subtle about being from America, but once we spoke, they knew we were not from Berlin!
