Unacceptable story line. Even though there is a disclaimer saying that is their wild imagination in the movie. 90% of the people who do not know true history or care to read about it, will take the LTTE and their freedom fight in a bad way. Any person who really knows or have seen the videos of the struggle and killings of the Tamils in Sri Lanka will not take this kind of the series or act or support in this series. Goofed up and cooked up story, showing that the LTTE leader escaped from Sri Lanka and commits sucide is idiotic things. Srilankan army killed him and they declared his death as well, even the photos were published by the Sri Lankan government. Showing that they were indulging in alcohol and using abusive words all the time is to establish the low image in the mindset of the civilians. LTTE has strict rules, the alcohol and smoking is not at all allowed, there was no single rape case reported against LTTE. Indian army went there and did all kinds of atrocities with the Sri Lankan army. The government will not allow movies like Methagu to be released which portray true incidents but allow this kind of bullshit. Showing the villagers going with guns and shooting at police stations is another bullshit, nothing like that happened. If there should be freedom to take any kind of movie with their own imagination then why movies like Methagu and Godman are not allowed to be released, how biased certain people/governments are. Unacceptable story line. Even though there is a disclaimer saying that is their wild imagination in the movie. 90% of the people who do not know true history or care to read about it, will take the LTTE and their freedom fight in a bad way.
Any person who really knows or have seen the videos of the struggle and killings of the Tamils in Sri Lanka will not take this kind of the series or act or support in this series. Goofed up and cooked up story, showing that the LTTE leader escaped from Sri Lanka and commits sucide is idiotic things. Srilankan army killed him and they declared his death as well, even the photos were published by the Sri Lankan government. Showing that they were indulging in alcohol and using abusive words all the time is to establish the low image in the mindset of the civilians. LTTE has strict rules, the alcohol and smoking is not at all allowed, there was no single rape case reported against LTTE. Indian army went there and did all kinds of atrocities with the Sri Lankan army.
The government will not allow movies like Methagu to be released which portray true incidents but allow this kind of bullshit. Showing the villagers going with guns and shooting at police stations is another bullshit, nothing like that happened.
If there should be freedom to take any kind of movie with their own imagination then why movies like Methagu and Godman are not allowed to be released, how biased certain people/governments are.
