One of my favourite videos I noticed some of the videos you're putting out are shorter than the original I hope you post the full series if you have it for your gantry crane.

Hey man. Noticed you are uploading many of your old vids. Not sure if you take special requests but if you still have them, there are two that are my favorites. “Bench vice of awesomeness” and the very early vid you did in high school where you repaired a fork lift attachment for a scrap yard. I remember you were running Hobart AC stick welder really hard. Hitting duty cycle and letting her cool. Anyways, those were awesome vids. You are the one that taught me how to weld. I have many expensive tools based on your reviews. Miller Trailblazer. Avani Fume Extractor. Hypertherm Powermax 45. AHP 160 stick welder. All have run great. Just got a Miller Multimatic 255 for the shop. Very impressed with that machine.
Those stands would hold up a battle ship. We made two hundred stands 1/4 as heavy out of angle iron and round pipe and block boats on them up to 50 footers. Made them 30 years ago and they are still being used today. Good luck at ever trying to smash or bend them.

I think I might have to build me some of these. You’re right, store bought ones are flimsy and expensive! Good to have you back man
Are you selling that jack stand
Man, this guy churns out so many views a day, it's crazy
Where did you find yellow rock for your driveway?

Maybe put 2 wheels on each stand and just extend the top part to lever them onto the wheels and roll them as needed ? :-)

I know the video is old but now you have a reason to build a small cart to move em around
The wide base is a plus but also you could have made longer center sections for the 2 inch ones
I was looking for this for a long time
You should put some wheels on the side of it like a dolly. When you tilt it the wheels engage
Those are monsters! Can't get that kind on any store.
