My suggestion is that You increase the recoil of the burst fire a bit. It would make noobs spam it less at long range without affecting it's use up-close, which seems to be it's purpose.
This character looks like so much fun to play as! Not as many gimmicks as some others have, but you get to act like a badass Old West lawman! If I get this game I thought Pharah or the Samurai dude would be my main picks, but this guy is just as good!

Five seconds standing still is an open invitation to be killed. And with everyones OP skill, you wont last even 3 seconds on open field... And assuming you want to multi kill People, then that means you need to have everyone on your sight for 5 seconds. If you have everyone on your sight that means multiple character are in able position to shoot you if they know you are there.... So you are in pretty much open field position that everyone can sees because you can see them.... Imo, this character gonna flank people from the back like crazy... There is no way hes gonna go up front charging its ultimate without any backup... But its pretty op if he is used with conjuction to Gravity Ultimate or anything that disable you.
Zarya's shield or a support character. it's one of those hold the fort type of things, in a fight it's worthless (except maybe execution) but if your defending a point, you can whip it out and destroy
