i remember the first round of experimental changes where they did 1 tank, 3 dps and 2 supps. They also did some "over-the-top" balance changes and my favorite of them was when they brough back MASS REZ. healing sym was fun too
One April fools thing they did that barely anyone noticed was in the first one they did allowed Sombra to contest point with infinite invisibility which was very funny to me

The Ashe change was actually so broken, they had to disable her in the mode. Because the fire wasn’t working as intended. The afterburn was resetting and stacking off of itself and as well as spreading to teammates. That’s why it was melting people. People lit on fire were guaranteed to die
Reaper tp yeah, mei as a tank she would need a large rework like new abilities type shit like you could make it work but it’s really not as simple as what they did in the patch and than doom punch yeah I mean it would have to have an animation change cause it looks normal for the doom player but looks so unnatural for the others like

While some of them are obviously silly, I think some changes could legit be great if balanced properly, or at least be used as mechanics for a new hero. I especially liked Doomfist's punch, Zenyata secondary fire fly, Widow having multiple grapples, Moira's reverse healing, reaper's walking TP and Spiderqueen is definitely how translocator should function
Maybe it's just watching on the TV but the music is too loud vs voices. Also I had no idea what some of them were doing. Soldier visor what? Edit: ok they got better and I figured out the Crit on soldier lol.

I feel like for April fools, they just implement every mechanic they wanted to put in to make the characters lore accurate (except mei being huge, I think someone had a little too much milk from the fridge that day)
