Damn he just crushed Ed Reed at the end!
Poor dude XD
ed reed, never heard of her
@@Zug75 boi!!!!!
To do Ed like that is saying something
😂❤
That game v the ravens was insane. He was in a zone that night.
Can’t believe we released that man smh we always releasing superstars
@@yeahhdatsm the first time he was asked to take a pay cut to get under the cap. He refused. Went to Cincinnati for less then came back to the Steelers for less than what they originally offered. The second time he asked to be released. It was time because he was ineffective in the SB with NE.
I bet the Ravens want a do-over and stop themselves from cutting Deebo
@@airt698 thank goodness they did. Can you imagine the ravens D with ray ray, Suggs, Reed, Ngata, Bart Scott AND Harrison….That’s ridiculously scary.
Sure was I was loving it
If you build a Pittsburgh Steeler in a lab you get James Harrison
Best comment 😂😂
📠
Man has 3 1/2 sacks, forces three turnovers and another fumble, and has an interception but when asked about it he said it was all right😂
3 forced fumbles aren't automatic turnovers. Still a crazy statline for a game.
"I mean....It's only 1 game"
@@pstash78 That’s why it’s scored as a forced fumble and not a turnover 🙃
@@adgee5401 Re-read the original post, now listen to 5:50. Do you comprehend what was heard & what I simply stated? ;)
@@pstash78😂😂😂😂
That game against the ravens in 07 was the most impressive display by any player in the history of the NFL. I encourage anyone to go watch it and tell me otherwise. He was in on almost every play. It was unreal.
92 is the walking definition of black air force one energy 💪🏾 glad to be a Steeler fan!
😂🤣🤣
I am not a Steelers but I love defensive playmakers.
On God he is 😂😂😂
Certified hall of fame. A player like that deserves to be in canton. Playmaker and a game changer. The man embodies hall of fame and for damn sure played like one. 🥂 give this man his statue and yellow jacket.
Dudes are throwing punches and Hines is still smiling. I miss watching him play.
cannot say enough bout ol Heinz!
He was an absolute beast. A terror in the era right before offensive players started being overprotected.
The last of the Mohicans
5:58 - feels alright. You know damn well he wanted to talk some smack. Amazing performance by any football player period. James is the man.
That devilish smirk, miss watching this dude play ✊🏾💯
The gameplay was all the talkin, playin like it aint no thang was the only way to flex harder.
Yea indeed. Lol
@@yeshuasalvaje3755 I bet he could still get some. Lol
Troy is stoned to the gills😂😂
Idc about him going to the Pats, best Steeler ever💯
Mean Joe?
there's so many more
Not even close I could think of 20 25 better Steelers

You can definitely switch places of some of the guys ahead of him but that's where I would place james
Can’t measure the heart of man, respect to James Harrison
James Harrison is such a great football player
He's one of the best instinct linebacker flows to the ball and delivers the hit everytime.
Damn Joey really spit in that guys face smh
Lucky he didn’t get smashed there
James Harrison will always be a legend, HOF or Not. Dude was a literal monster
He'll always be to me one of the best ever to play for the Steelers. One of the top Steelers of all time
I’ll never forget watching that Ravens game live. Man that was a good time to be a Steelers fan, and also still be young enough to drink way too much beer watching the game.
Hell I’m not a fan of either team and I was so hype. I was playing OLB at the time and he put on an absolute clinic I was trying to take notes lol
That was one of the best game I ever seen vs the Ravens for the Steelers
win or lose, for me, it's always a good time to be a steelers fan.
I’ll think about this comment next time I go to a game
🍻
Even in 2004 there were rumblings from camp that Joey Porter's backup had serious talent. Imagine if the Ravens had not cut him...
Bruh him and Ray lewis on one team. Scary AF
@@bigrich6075 AND T Suggs on the other end
I remember when he was signed back in 02 and you could see the scary talent this dude had but his attitude and giving up just didn't do anything for Cowher. I hated when Baltimore picked him up. They would have had one of the scariest LB'ing Corps....ever. Thank god it didn't last.
Great great player especially that ravens game. If you remember the ravens were also loaded at linebackers them same years. So they had no room. Glad they cut him
I remember being at the Bills Steelers game in '04 at the end of the season. Steelers already had their playoff spot secured so they played their backups. Harrison returns a fumble for a touchdown and had a hell of a game. I remember thinking to myself, why isn't he a starter?
I’m not a Steelers fan but it was a lot of fun watching James Harrison and Lamar Woodley attack the edges together
James Harrison was using his madden cards during the game to be unstoppable like that. 💪💯🔥🔥🔥🔥
If Troy is out there saying it's "the most perfect game any player could play", that's a real big deal
I remember watching that game live.. still one of the best games, probably only topped by the superbowl wins. Harrison's 99 yard interception return in the superbowl was amazing and underrated as a top play in superbowl history.
Man at 3:50 Troy like floats over to tell him he did a good jon. I’d just about have to bawl out of happiness at that point. Also Labeau calling you a “ball player”. Great little couple of pieces about James.
I remember watching that game , Harrison is one of the best Steelers all time
Yes he is
I really want to see James in a gold HOF blazer!
I think he has to go in FIRST ROUND like Troy did! I mean he showed the difference on the defense and team when he as there starting!
The guy had a motor!
I hope so but it may take a long time based on how they vote like it did for Donnie Shell
He was perfect for the Steelers and the way they played. He fit that organization so well. He was great at forcing fumbles and now TJ Watt is the next great LB for the Steelers
I love when they show the clip of the Joey Porter fight, Hines Ward just smiles while he watches.
The guy was a heat seeking missile. He popped Ed Reed into next week.
Fn deebo baby. I forgot how he just came out the gate dominating and just hitting people. That's real football. That's black and gold football. I miss it
As a Browns Fan, nothing but respect for him, dude was a straight up beast! Those xtiller teams had without a doubt the leagues best linebackers..
Most feared nfl player for a few years
Good god I still remember that Ravens game n get chills!!! Still got silverbacks jersey n still remember Steelers getting James back in 2004, noticed cause liked Jason gildon before, James was levels above.
It was so much fun watching James and Troy play on the field together
He and Troy. My. Favourites Steelers. Allá time. !!! No. Fear. !!!
1000%Agree
It was meant to be and he'll always be a all-time best Steeler in my book 📖 and I'll always be a Steelers fan.
He reassured him…”you aint goin back to Europe this year”
Harrison= Straight Beast on the field
Thank you Mr Harrison.
I'm glad I bought Harrison jersey up here in Canada! One day I'm gonna get it signed! That's my favorite player!!
I was at that Monday night game. Mike and Mike did their show from Pittsburgh that morning. It was a huge day for the Steelers.
I watched that Ravens game and remember it like it was yesterday! (mainly cause Ed reed got destroyed twice: once by James and another by Hines) but also because it was James’ coming out party. Like he literally played like a man possessed that night. That’s the type of stuff you can talk to your children and children’s children about when you get old talking to them about football legends of your time
That was my favorite game ever vs the ravens
One of my favorite defensive players of Steelers history! #JamesHarrison
He, Hines and Troy are my faves
James Harrison one of the greatest Pittsburgh Steelers ever!!!Aloha from Hawaii🤙🏽
BEAST!!!!!
Im glad he played on the Pats for a little, he honestly helped a little bit
And wow this man popped Ed Reed, never seen that footage
listened to the stats over 5 times out of disbelief 😂
“You ain’t getting cut nomore “
That hit on Ed Reed was a chef's kiss of a tackle. 😲
1:25 did Porter spit in that Browns face? 😮
All man right there
Josh Charles has the most amazing narrator voice, especially for A Football Life.
Baller!
James has such a way with words 🤣
Steelers legend
Everybody pissed about teen Steeler that spit Sunday y’all love Joey porter and he did the same thing
5:51 Best trash talk answer of all time🤣
Lol. Joey Porter always causing fights.
“He aint goin back to Europe” thats hard asf
Joey Porter showing what a class act he is...spit right in the guys face. 1:25
I see why the Steelers was damn near great in that era James Harrison Ryan Clark and Troy had offenses scared str8
The way hienz just watched the Joey get in that fight was hilarious
Love it
Foote was saying u ain't going get cut no more 😂😂
Where can I watch this full episode ?
I seem to remember another once-underrated LB from Kent State...
Love this guy. No nonsense in your face beast. There's only one silver back. Enjoy your retirement buddy. Although if you feel like picking it back up give Pitt a call. I bet you can still get it done. Lol. That int against Az best play ever.
“It was only one game. “ respect
Got to love a humble player and believe be this guy ruined many sundays for me
-Go Browns
"i mean its only 1 game" lol sheesh
My honest opinion: He has done enough to make the HOF
“It was one game” bruh haha
YESSSSSS
I need us to bring him in as a strength and conditioning coach or something. We need our anger back so sort of way. We look like stilettos and steelers... either way I'm rocking til death #herewego!
I agree. I also love seeing former Steelers players come back and be part of the organization in some way
This man belongs in the Hall of Fame period.
Real. Steelers. Blood.
"Feels alright!!!"
It’s called the zone my brotha
and ps when fear gets scared it’s because of you. You’re sweat asks your if it’s ok to come out. When a Sasquatch wants to test itself it looks for James Harrison.
He hitted Ed Reed so bad 😂
Man I use to love being him and Troy Polamalu in madden! So easy to get a big hit with those two
I loved watching those 2 play together on the field. My favorite 2. You always knew those 2 would make plays
Harrison would have definitely made it in the wwe if he didnt play in the nfl
I get a little mike Tyson vibes from James Harrison. If he told me to wash his car I would say yes sir
ITS ALRIGHT....
He look like he can be Damon little big brother in the face 😅😅
I wish he would of had his “epiphany” just 2 years earlier.. no doubt would he of had the “numbers” haters are saying is what’s lacking for him to get to the Hall.. just on the impact and fear alone that he had on the field during his career , should have cemented his spot in the Hall..
Troys block in the first interception first chargers lmao
How fitting having him sacking a Browns qb in the post photo! 😀 💪🏼
3.5 Sacks 3 Forced Fumbles and an Interception! Yeesh!
God I miss James Harisson and Troy Polamalu in pittsburgh
When Ed reed got hit i heard "bodies" from drowning pool play in my head 💀💀
Sonny liston of the NFL
put the OG Ed Reed on haha
Man he didn’t really start until late in his 20’s and he still got the Steelers sack record 😬, imagine him playing from the beginning, he would easily be over the 100 sack mark
This is an example of why you never quit.
“It’s alright….just one game, that’s all.” Perspective.
#330 💪🏽💯
he may have been good but he was also a head hunter
Ima Ravens fan I remember the game I thought we lost Ed for the season I broke my remote.
troy pol with no hair, never thought id se the day
as a ravens fan i have one question......WHY IS JAMES HARRISON NOT IN THE HOF!!!!!!!!!!!!??????
