I haven't been able to ride due to health problems but mine was constantly cold seizing after short rides. Also my felt frame seems to be alot different as there's absolutely no space on carb side.
Once I'm back hopefully I can mess with it more.

Great work my dude I'm gonna let some of my friends/people to help you out with some sub's.. cuz it would be nice to win an engine like that cuz I put all the go fast chrome bling on mine and I just bought the gas tank frame and my engine has an air leak somewhere and it's driving me crazy so I don't want to put a engine that's not running right on such a nice frame and all the goodies with it . If it's not ridable cuz it won't idle and it rev's to the moon and the rpms take forever to come back down cuz of the air leak then it dies out . But I see im gonna learn alot more from your channel. so keep up the great work my friend.

Hey brother can you post a link to the kit you got from Athena. I'm impressed. Been blowing up lots of zeda triple 40s. It's time to build a real motor now and I believe I'm gonna build one like this this winter. Been spreading the sport all over New York state. But having a hard time staying in front of the competition now. Next level please?
Athena kit currently sold out but I got that from Amazon look up minerality Athena 70cc's. And my short rod 40 mm stroke bottom end was from California motorized bike . Com or something like that if you Google that you should find these with no problem
You do need to buy a short rod 40 mm spacer from smaller performance they sell it's a little cheaper and the others but you have to actually Port match and shave the spacer because it's just straight well you don't have to it's just I guess you could do what ever you feel like but this is a short rod 40
Don't these kits only work on the long rod I want one but my engine is low hole piston and from what I've read you can't do it on short rod some one please correct me
Do you need to replace the stock crank in the motorized bike engines for this?

Just a heads up. They're not "allen head" bolts or "hex head bolts" they're socket cap screws. Hex bolts are bolts that has a hexagon head where you'd use a socket or wrench.
I do have a question, can this be done with a long rod? Does it have to be a 38mm stroke also? I know it's easy to locate cranks with certain rods but wasn't sure if stroke matters
Just for fun, I wonder if that will work on the BT80? The ports look to be the same.

dude i built this last spring. it didnt work. you have to put a piston port with the use of reed valve
Spacer plate 10mm like the minerelli? And is that a yd 100 bottom end engine or is the 80?
No video says it's a short ride 40mm spacer is a lot smaller like 8-7,mm not 100%sure it's a wild cat bottom end

Custom exhaust the best route would be a jog pipe specifically for your cylinder
