That engine is screwed. You guys need to break those motors in! I literally just bought a pexmor 100cc a month ago and the break in is vital!! I’ve since then moded everything you can and ported and polished mine and changed sprockets. Mine does 60+ mph now.
What most people don't know is you can take nitromethane and add 20% to 80% gas and that will be better then ur so called nos! My bike gained atleast 5-7mph just doing this
keep the stock chain on that's how you're supposed start it. you pedal to speed and slowly start adding in throttle to allow the engine to get warm first bump starting can seize the piston. you're supposed to pedal to assist the engine while it's warming up to lubricate the piston

Motorized bikes are the best dude. So cheap, highly customizable, tons of performance, awesome hobby. An actual solid mode of transportation too. It's actually pretty straightforward, just watch some in depth videos on how to do it. Just get a large frame bike if you can, not to hate but this bike was janky especially without being able to pedal 😂

On a 4-stroke, it's true. But on most 2-strokes, having no baffle will actually gain more power. Most 2-stroke race bikes don't even come with baffles from the factory. So an aftermarket exhaust is kinda pointless.

I think this is a Suzuki DRZ-125L nice pit bike, good size for my first bike for sure. It wasn't as big as a regular 250 dirtbike, but just a tiny bit smaller probably the best to learn on tbh. Kinda miss it, that thing could basically climb any hill I threw at it...
I know how stupid you leave the chain on and then at least if it breaks down you can still pedal it home. These things can be hard to start sometimes especially when they have a few hours on them and you're starting them cold definitely so much easier to be able to pedal start it.

You still need the peddle side chain to get started. Think moped... Also those wheels are going to make you wreck at speed. When you start feeling the heat on your arse pull over. It is your rear axle heating up and will snap and High side you. Speaking from experience 🤙🏻 🚴🏻♂️💨✨

The wheel started violently wobbling and I took it into the grass and that is when the wheel flopped to the right and steered me to the left which high sided me onto my right side. Slingshotted me. I bought a set of Gemini's to stop that issue from ever happening again.🤙🏻 🚴🏻💨✨ ✨🇺🇲✨✝️🙏🏻✝️✨🇺🇲✨

The bearing did eventually go in the Scott but I rode it a lot - a few thousand miles with a bafang kit - and the replacement wheel was good. A bit blustery at 47 mph due to the wind but no speed wobbles or mechanical issues. Also is the heat of a bad bearing even noticeable above the engine or simply using a back brake? Potholes however. Killed a rim hitting one at 35 mph. Nearly threw me off the bike! Thankfully on the Scott with tough beater rims with 36 spokes and not the dainty Saracen road bike.
It has to be broken in before using nitrous and u need to be at top end speed before using nitrous so the piston doesn't explode and the nitrous kit needs to be attached to the intake for a better performance gain

Did you make the fuel mix any richer for the NOS? More oxygen = more fuel to go with it. Do you have any two stroke oil in there, cause if you don't it will kill the engine. Also, the left brake is the front in America? Weird.
I beg you to buy another 2 engines and mount all three of them on a single bike. You will need welding, but I am sure that is no issue for you. You can mount them over or behind the rear wheel, connect all of the engines to a new axle with chains and then connect the new axle to the wheel using a single chain.
You guys need to put the chain back and the gears back again like when you first bought it and changing the gears when driving will take more speed and drive better. It's like having a car with a transmission in one gear put the transmission back on the bike and I guarantee you you will not regret it
I just bought one of these Pexmor engines and it arrived well but on further inspection, there was metal fillings inside the engine this concerned me and I looked further into it. I found that the engine cylinder had jagged cuts on the intake and exhaust. I sent them an email on Amazon and on their website. on the website, I have yet to know if they’re going to fix it for me. However, the Amazon side of things has asked me to provide them a RUclips video of the engine, not working, which I really don’t want to do as I had a similar problem and it blew up, the crankshaft and scratched the cylinder. That's badass brother you were smart wearing a helmet the nos was cool might have to try it I subscribed they make a double break handle that will help you out and you can get a engine for 200 bucks called a minaralli hybrid bicycle engine 7 hp a lot more balls than nos ride safe brother

2:19 u can get a replacement head online for like $10. it takes under 2 mintues to swap out. or take off the head and retap the spark plug threads for free.
You should get rid of the old sprockets front and rear, and then get rid of them peddles and weld some pegs cause there isnt really a point in pedals. Also I am getting a 50cc 2 stroke kit for a small supercycle. I have got rid of the front sprocket and am leaving the rear. It is almost done 😄

A little history. This engine was created after WWII in Ukraine (then part of the USSR), after which it was produced in Kharkov and later in Leningrad. In the 2000s, the Chinese copied it, changed the volume and shape of the cylinder, removed the spool intake, and installed electronic ignition. But the shape of the body, its dimensions, clutch, and drive sprocket remained from the original from the 50s, made in the USSR. Live with it.
Now learn how to drill out the main jet a few sizes and give it more fuel. Without more fuel you're just leaning the hell out of it with the nitrous. Learn how to read the sparkplug for nitrous use and get ya a set of pin drills and pin vice, then have some real fun! Oh yeah, a GOOD expansion chamber will really wake that thing up.
I did this too with a 80cc big bore kit and a carb and muffler off a 2015 rm250 put a 32 tooth sprocket on the back with nitrous would do 100 to 120 kmph

The gears would only affect peddle ease/speed unless they installed a jackshaft.

They do make the kits where you can go through the gears. I have never seen one but they must fly when in top gear.
