There's a Harry Potter easter egg in Lunden! When you're collecting a key to open a door for a chest that doesn't count toward the region completion, once inside the house there's a note with a list written on it. It's a list of Voldemort's Horcruxes, with the seventh being "?????," an obvious nod to Harry being the seventh and final Horcrux.

Well he couldn't have the staff because it's in alexios'/kassandras' hands. They held onto the staff for over a thousand years and had they gotten out of contact with the staff they would have died instantly. If this were to be true kassandra or alexios would have to be present holding the staff with Reda.
Same, except I just started playing and I thought the "tattoo collecting" was an Order of the Ancients clue or I wouldn't have spent so long trying to get it...
I haven’t seen video you made before, but you missed one reference LoTR about Gollum. It is world event named The Lord of Norsexe in Grantebridgescire. He says something about his ring.

Easter egg I came across randomly: there’s an altar in East Angelia I believe. After you sacrifice silver to it, it disappears and leads you on a trail where you find 2 “green” children who stole it. They later go on to tell you a story about 2 green kids being from St martins which is a nod to the legend of the green children of woolpit. Didn’t catch on until you received a green St martins necklace afterwards. Pretty cool EE

Great spot Cascador! I thought I recognised the NPC from somewhere but couldn't place him, I reckon you're bang on the money with this one! cheers for sharing dude!
Another Easter Egg in Essexe at the western Raven Sync point. The name of the Mystery is "The Prodigy" and after you box with the self proclaimed Bishop of The Ruins the troop sings "Smack the Bishop, Smack my Bishop" in reference to the Prodigy song "Smack My Bitch Up"
Great shout Reece! I covered Alice in Wonderland in this video: ruclips.net/video/gpCq9xnGGPo/видео.html as well as a few others, what was your favourite easter egg in Valhalla?

Yes Dex! I even travelled to New Zealand and visited all the filming locations, as sad as that is it was great fun haha! What was your favourite easter egg in AC?
When you mentioned the strawman that are standing around the hidden ones bureau, it reminded me about something wierd that happened. I tried to snap a phote of me petting a dog and I happen to be next to one of the stawmen. As I went into photo mode, the strawman just started walking around in the background. It moved locations while I was in photo mode.
POSSIBLE EASTER EGG! Just north of the naval fast travel point near Buckingham. There is a large area encompassed by familiar golden/yellow roofed trees. Inside this area there is also an old hut. I think this is a reference to the beginning area of God Of War, where Fay, Kratos’ wife, enchanted yellow/golden trees surrounding their home in order to hid themselves from the wraith of the Vanir and Aesir Gods like Odin.
Jude, this is epic!! I've not heard about this before and wish I'd known this before putting this video out because I would of 100% included it. Gonna save it for a future easter egg video and make sure I give you a shoutout, quality!! Thanks for sharing and make sure you let me know any other cool tips/tricks/secrets, would love to hear more and give you a mention in the next secret vid!
Jude, I've been trying to find this hut for a while, would it be possible to send a screenshot at all? would love to include it/give you a shoutout in the next easter egg video! Cheers

alright Kris & no worries dude, it was my pleasure, great shoutout from you! haha, check us out helping each other 😂🤜🏻 cheers again mate and make sure you drop me a line in the future if you ever come across anything awesome
there was one in Winchester , with the school full of the kids that were in the sewers for the main story and if you talk to one of them he says that his father was a warrior like eivor until he took an arrow to the knee and that is a connection from skyrim when the city guards said the same thing
haha, this is great Gabby! I must of completely missed this one, thanks for sharing, will definitely jot this one down for a future video (giving you credit of course!). Let me know if you find anymore in the future & thanks again for sharing :)

Note on torches: you can burn the poisonous green clouds. It disperses for about 30 seconds, allowing passage without loss of hp. Just don't get to close as you can accidentally set yourself on fire. I simply throw a Torch & move forward with ease.
I've see a majority of these Easter eggs by exploring but didn't get a few of them, it's cool to finally know what they were especially the fire 🔥 camp with sword 🗡️
In Essex you met Keith from The Prodigy singing 'Im A Fire Starter" you then met his cat Charlie, as you pet him the cat purrs and Keith gives you the world quest saying 'Charlie Said" (detailing what Charlie wants Evor to do) after the Bishop quest you speak to him again and Keith shouts "great you 'Slapped My Bishop Up!'
Cheers TK! you know what, I'd be surprised if we get any explanation at all haha! I'd love to have them cover this though, I think it's completely intentional but if it is, I'd like to see a few more snippets of info/references via the in-game story about this. What do you think?
There’s a world event in Essexe at one of the viewpoints called ‘the prodigy’ and it is a reference to the UK band from the 90s-2000s, one of their songs “smack my b*tch up” is reimagined in game as the lead singer Keith says “smack the bishop” in exactly the same rhythym. Only discovered it today it made me chuckle
There's one I found out... Some of the zealots can't swim, so if you throw one in the river or lake, they are gonna drown eventually and save you a lot of time killing them.
haha Rishabh, what a quality tip, thanks for sharing! going forward into the DLC I'm gonna give this a go and let you know how it goes 😂 let me know if you have anymore awesome tips like this lol!
@@AndyReloads yes, and for those who can swim take them to the middle of the river stay in the river youself, they will eventually drown. I kinda threw 3 of them near the shore with the running bash ability and they drowned there only. But cola swimmed away.
This might have been mentioned already, also because it's an old video. But sense there were photos in the end of the video figured I'd point out there's another thing that the torch can be used for if you fancy and that's that you can change the way Eivor holds his 2-hand weapons when you have a torch in hand. Handy for posing in Photo Mode.
I think that the Reda , is actually The Redar or the Reader , just think , and remember , that Layla ' s appearing is a due to the Desmond ' s touching of the Orb , and also think it through , that Layla was like Alekssios or Kassandra in the Begginning , she like them was not an Assassin , but she has progressed through Bayek / Aya ( Amunet ) to M / F Eivor , to become the Assassin , but the important thing is that in the end , when she meets him , the first thing he tolds her was like in the Avengers infinity wars , when the Iron man , has asked Doctor Strange , dude , what the hell was you doing , And he , replyed him back that the count of the possible futures / destinies ................ . Very , very similar to what he tolds her at first / or firstly , and the second thing , that he has told her that he has always watched upon her , and was always like a real christian god , instead of norse gods / or surroundins , always close to her , and in the end epilogue , it finally gets all clear , that Actually Reda is the Reda , or the Redar , or when are you fully transcripted the all the letters in the right direction and the order , you have got the answer that you were waiting for , that Reda is the Reader . A little digression it is a real tongue - breaker , and really , really mind boggling riddle / or mistery . So the second part that the there i have discovered the connection between the AC III remastered , and the AC Valhalla is as following .When you ' re in the Vinland , and when you ' ve settle a little , little of a bit , and when you go to the indian village , and see and hearthe indian tales and their indian myths / or their indian mythos , at the very end off the story telling , there was an interesting talk that was happenned between the story - teller the indian Kassandra and the M / F Eivor , when the M / F Eivor approached the indian Kassandra , i ' ve understanded and had understood only few words , and one of these few words , was when Eivor gave the Orb , and she has the said the One and Only word , when she got it ( the Orb ) . That word was the indian name of the Connor Kenway , so his indian name means " the ball bringer " or " the ball haver " . And a little , little bonus the origin and the meaning of the Eivor .So the origin is the exact opposite of the of " Reda " , cause it is exaggerated form , till the " Reda " is the abreviated form . Eivor is the exaggerated form of the Heivor or the Heir , just like Layla Hassan , whom / or which was " the Heir of the memories " .
Like once when i teleported back to my settlement, i saw a bunch of children gathered around Reda, while he was telling a beautiful story between Aya and Bayek and their son Khemu
There is The Prodigy band easter egg in Essex near to "fast travel" location (fact: band Prodigy was started in Essex in 1990) where musicians are playing and calling them selves as ahead of their time with their music and they are so called prodigies. The man who speaks with Eivor has name KEITH and has Keith Flints haircut :D ...
Did you spot the Pardoner's tale? Fairplay if you did Unsung! went straight over my head haha and no worries, there's some really great flag spots in this game, lovely to come across 📸
@@unsungno1 Impressive my friend! will you be playing the DLC? you've got a great eye for secrets/easter eggs and you're gonna have to keep me informed of any less obvious secrets going forward haha
This is brilliant Scorpio and I didn't check out the description until you said. I've always said " that sauron armour is cool" but didn't properly clock the connection and realise it was purely intentional. Thanks for sharing dude, loving these LOTR secrets!
With the torch u can even get rid of poison clouds by getting in one while holding a torch and if u don't want to spend an arrow just to hit a red target on a dropable lader u can just hit it with a torch| update: I forgot to say that u can break those kind of walls who are cutting your way on a puzzle with the explosive arrow ability
(Helpful tip/FUN FACT)-- Torches: if you're out of arrows and can't shoot a ladder/pallet free, you can aim and try throwing a torch, IF you can hit your mark IT WILL WORK and free the ladder/pallet 🤙 great video, take it easy assassins
When the title popped up for number one "leap of faith" I was thinking that was such a simple mission but omg this little fact had me laughing so hard I had to pause the video, definitely best detail ,I love the continuity with the game like simple things like this effect NPC reactions and story dialogue, I had to find a falkre but had already raised the camp she was kept in and Avior said to Sigur "Ive already raid ....... (Can't remember name) Camp ,and I saw no sign of a prisoner" and that was during a cut scene which I thought was awesome, really gave life to the world
There is actually a Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh reference. I dont know if somebody has mentioned it before but there is even a pig around Winnie's friends tree house. Wonderful
Gunnar is reincarnated because he works for Eivor just like how Ivalfi worked with Odin. They are masters at their skill. They also have the same beard in the characters tab.
I did that leap of faith thing ages ago to see if anything would happen which is what you said, i waited even longer and he started screaming Eivor, then searched the haystack and I jumped out then told me he got worried😂😂great vid, was really interesting, loved the hobbit and or lord of the rings Easter eggs
haha brilliant isnt it Marcus? I love easter eggs, especially the ones with a deeper meaning, so much fun! Thanks dude, had a lot of fun putting it together for you, also a big fan of LOTR and The Hobbit so those ones make it even better, what was your favourite one?
@andyreloads you forgot to mention that the thing Haytem says 'he will have my head for this' is a direct quote from AC1 where soldiers say this to Altair all the time
Dude... The blinding rush.... I had literally every single other thing done in the entire game except for 5 of those stupid fuckin floating things!!!! Platinum here I come
I found the Prodigy easter egg,a reference to the band the Prodigy. The band is from Essex, same place as this easter egg is,and the vocalist of the band is also called Keith. Smack my bishop is also a reference to song called Smack my Bitch up.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Frodri’s Cursed Ring Mystery is a hilarious Easter Egg introduced by the Dawn Of Ragnarok expansion. It's located Gullnamar. Frodri eats poisonous mushrooms before going to edge of the cliff to throw in a cursed ring - spoiler he falls in too :D
Not sure if you have found it or already posted, but there is a side quest near colchester that references the Prodigy singer Keith Flint who passed away Some of his song lyrics are said and the hairstyle likeness
This is a great shout Ryan and one of my favourites, top quality one from Ubi here. I did cover that in another easter egg video here if you're interested (ruclips.net/video/gpCq9xnGGPo/видео.html) I don't know if you know, but if you hold the torch in front of him he'll sing Firestarter 🔥 so cool! Cheers for sharing btw mate and let me know if you come across any others
No worries David, thanks are to you, cheers for sending a headsup my way, great shout! Let me know if you come across any cool/interesting stuff in the future
I run the fists exclusively to even out the difficulty, well i did but now i'm still too op but yeah cinematically i'll pull out the dual heavy swords to face a boss or a huge group but even then i often forego it just to box and dropkick everyone
I'm liking this General! Would love to see some of these pics, sounds like your setup would look epic on photo-mode! When all fails, dropkicking will work 😂
@@AndyReloads I got another one for ya take out your 2 handed axe an then go to the torch selection screen you now have made the 2 handed axe a 1 handed axe
Great Shout Michael, it's a fantastic easter! I don't know if you know, but if you light your torch near him, he'll start singing Firestarter lol! I covered a few more easter eggs in this video including that one if you're interested dude: ruclips.net/video/gpCq9xnGGPo/видео.html cheers again for sharing :)
Another Easter Egg is in regards to the band Primus and the side quest tasks you with beating up a bishop. The NPC that keeps egging you on, looks like the lead singer from Primus and while you are fighting the bishop, he keeps yelling "Smack my bishop!" which is a reference to the Primus song, "Smack my bitch up!".
Hello a bit late to the party but there's a lake up in Northumbria that looks exactly like SIngapore and is a reference to the dev team that helped make the game with an island in it being the location for their HQ.
In ac 3 the natives told Connor it the piece of eden was give to them to protect. Maybe it was eivor and it’d be so cool if ubi really connected the games like that
There is another LOR easter eggs. They have a small island with a man and a homemade throne. It's such a small land mass no building can be on it. It's norsexe I think, and he wants his ring, a Norse wrist ring, but the man that wants it speaks and acts like gollum. He says the ring is precious, shiny, and states it corrupted you if you ask him what really happened during his shipwreck because he actually killed the jarl of his clan, wrecked the ship, lost the ring, and made eivor dive through the wreckage for it.
Haven’t you see the dragon’s bones in the Cent?, on the left of the big snake there’s a ruined tower with enemies with also a letter that talks about dragon’s existence!!
In suthex there is a quest that is a direct nod to Alice in wonderland. There is a girl who follows a rabbit (near walls full of red roses) into a hole where there is a HUGE giant feast table. She makes the quote "I always give my self VERY good advice, but I seldom listen"
Dude, i need to do absolutely everythibg in this game to see some of the endings or hiddne scenes. Im currently one hundred percented (besides for shrines) with ledecestre and grantebridgeshire. I also one hundred percented lunded. But one of those scenes looked like basim was in present day
I've seen so many videos about the guy dressed as Odin. Guys, he's the hermit that lives in the cave that you get to paint a rune on hemming jarl's shield for his funeral pyre. You even have the option to talk to him before the funeral starts and Eivor says something about him leaving his cave. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Thanks for clarifying Cayla! Completely went over my head this one, have popped this in the discord because nobody knew what he was doing there haha! Thanks for sharing, appreciate it
What if Reda is an half Isu. Remember when we first met him in Origins. He said his parents got murdered and he walked across the desert for years. By that time he was only like 8 years old. But thats what Ubisoft wants us to think.
This is a really interesting theory Tios and I like it a lot. I think I could definitely get behind something like that. How long do ISU live though? a 1,000 years as a half ISU could be too long, hmmm, either way we need this Reda questions answered in the coming DLC 😂 will you be playing them both?
And btw maybe Reda is really supposed to help the assassins or even potential ISUs, cuz remember when in AC Origins Hepzefa said: Youre the one with powers of the Gods. And we also know that Eivor is the reborn Version of Odin. So is Reda the Helper of the Reborn ISU, to help them to get through the Human World.

The torch can also make poison clouds disappear if you throw it into it. After 70+ hours I just realized that
Great shout Joel! Cheers for sharing mate
The guy that looks like Odin is the blind exile that helps with hemming's shield
Great shout Medicine! I've popped this in our discord so everyone else can know this as well, thanks for taking the time to share this dude!
I've been lighting up tourches since Odyssey, really a nice mechanic, specially for long caves or tombs with a, lot of turns.
Pretty cool EE
this is awesome Jordan! thanks for sharing dude, will definitely be wikipediaing this a little bit more now 😂 let me know if you come across more cool ones like this, would love to hear more!
The guy from the Fight Club is very likely a big reference to the old fighter you can aid in Origins. They really have a large resemblance as well.
Great spot Cascador! I thought I recognised the NPC from somewhere but couldn't place him, I reckon you're bang on the money with this one! cheers for sharing dude!
the guy you fight there who lunges at you ass first and farts just cracked me up :D
Glad I'm not the only one who toke way to long to shoot the platform for that quest lol
Haha Kyle! Thanks for sharing dude, I don't feel as alone now 😂
Hytham - " basim will have my head for this..."
Basim - " well...actually.....
This got me good 😂
Another Easter Egg in Essexe at the western Raven Sync point. The name of the Mystery is "The Prodigy" and after you box with the self proclaimed Bishop of The Ruins the troop sings "Smack the Bishop, Smack my Bishop" in reference to the Prodigy song "Smack My Bitch Up"
Great Shout Gothlaz! Don't know if you know, but if you light your torch in front of him, he'll sing "Firestarter" haha 🔥
What about the alice and the wander land, you can find a girl that claims to have followed a white rabbit into a hole
Great shout Reece! I covered Alice in Wonderland in this video: ruclips.net/video/gpCq9xnGGPo/видео.html as well as a few others, what was your favourite easter egg in Valhalla?
As well as a tip of the hat to The Prodigy Experience, AND Winnie the Pooh makes an appearance.
If you go in there a table all set up for tea!!

You haven't mentioned using Incendiary Powder Trap to open walls instead of having to find an oil jar. AMAZING TIME SAVER!
Spot on Sam, such a great tip, thanks for sharing! 🔥

Love it that you can see in your vids that your just as a big fan of lord of the rings and the hobbit as me
It moved locations while I was in photo mode.
wow
I got a photo of a stawman walking around, glad I’m not the only one who saw this!
There's a reference to the song "smack my bitch up" wherein a band performs a song based on Eivor's actions "smack my bishop"
Great shout Sam, loved the prodigy easter egg!
there was one in Winchester , with the school full of the kids that were in the sewers for the main story and if you talk to one of them he says that his father was a warrior like eivor until he took an arrow to the knee and that is a connection from skyrim when the city guards said the same thing
haha, this is great Gabby!

Another Great video man👍.

Your Reda theory makes too much sense and is too intriguing for Ubisoft to go with. I'll be surprised if they bother trying to explain it at all.
Cheers TK! you know what, I'd be surprised if we get any explanation at all haha! I'd love to have them cover this though, I think it's completely intentional but if it is, I'd like to see a few more snippets of info/references via the in-game story about this. What do you think?
The town Edward grew up in Swansea was actually a Viking settled town it had a different name and would explain the connection to Eivor
That blinging rush tip is GREAT!!! Thank you
As always, an awesome vid 👏🏽
Cheers mate, good to see you in the comments again, appreciate your support 🤜🏻
This was a really fun video. Thanks for making it!
Great shout and thanks for sharing mate!
If you read the note in the tattoo parlor in your settlement there is a reference to trogdor from homestar runner
Great find Brad! thanks for sharing dude, will definitely check this one out today

This made my day. :)
your comment made my day :)
Love that easter egg Daaner! So good
There is The Prodigy band easter egg in Essex near to "fast travel" location (fact: band Prodigy was started in Essex in 1990) where musicians are playing and calling them selves as ahead of their time with their music and they are so called prodigies. The man who speaks with Eivor has name KEITH and has Keith Flints haircut :D ...
Really good video, well done!
Cheers Gummy, quality reading comments like this, looking forward to making more for you this year!
Don't believe I forgot about the Pardoner Easter Egg. Thanks for telling us about the flag/landscape feature.

The gothic armor is also a reference to LOTR. Talks about the armored hands and how there was a burned ring mark on one finger.
Found a mystery referencing English band prodigy, he even yells "smack my Bishop" & "You are a fire starter" I laughed so hard
(Can't remember name) Camp ,and I saw no sign of a prisoner" and that was during a cut scene which I thought was awesome, really gave life to the world
Mate took you long enough so that’s were you have been we missed you

There is actually a Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh reference. I dont know if somebody has mentioned it before but there is even a pig around Winnie's friends tree house. Wonderful
This is such a fantastic easter egg Burak, I did mention it in another easter egg video I did but you're right, it's wonderful!
Gunnar is reincarnated because he works for Eivor just like how Ivalfi worked with Odin. They are masters at their skill. They also have the same beard in the characters tab.
Great video! On my second playthrough.
I would say that maybe Eivor is the ancester of The Kenway's? That would be awesome to connect Valhalla to others.
There's a lot of connections to that time period dude, I think you may be onto something here, good ideas!
@andyreloads you forgot to mention that the thing Haytem says 'he will have my head for this' is a direct quote from AC1 where soldiers say this to Altair all the time
Love the Dresden Files, own all of them, and missed the fact that the Wolf's name was a reference to it

I'm pretty sure that in the tattoo shop in your settlement there is a reference to trogdor made by strongbad on a list of "tattoo ideas"

Not sure if you have found it or already posted, but there is a side quest near colchester that references the Prodigy singer Keith Flint who passed away
Some of his song lyrics are said and the hairstyle likeness
This is a great shout Ryan and one of my favourites, top quality one from Ubi here.
By primus do you mean The Prodigy my dude? absolutely banging easter egg and quality tune as well lol
@@AndyReloads Yup... my bad! For some reason I thought it was Primus. Thanks for the correction.
Hello a bit late to the party but there's a lake up in Northumbria that looks exactly like SIngapore and is a reference to the dev team that helped make the game with an island in it being the location for their HQ.
Whats that outfit at 9:19?
That's Bayek's Outft mate, you can claim this for free in the Ubisoft Connect Store
Mouse can also be a reference to the mature Mouse anime that has a rich thief that is kind of a crimefighter.
Golum is near Grantebridge, on a small island. He ask us to find a lost ring ! Hahaha thats a nice easter eggs
It's a side quest, norsexe
It's near ravensthorpe. You'll see it on your way to grantebridge I think.
Cheers for this Shawn! Great easter egg, absolute banger!
theres an achievement u get for lighting all the fires on a derelict wall far north and a couple of notes that imply Night Watch(game of thrones) reff
Haven’t you see the dragon’s bones in the Cent?, on the left of the big snake there’s a ruined tower with enemies with also a letter that talks about dragon’s existence!!

Dude, i need to do absolutely everythibg in this game to see some of the endings or hiddne scenes. Im currently one hundred percented (besides for shrines) with ledecestre and grantebridgeshire. I also one hundred percented lunded. But one of those scenes looked like basim was in present day

You even have the option to talk to him before the funeral starts and Eivor says something about him leaving his cave. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

You didn't mention The Prodigy band and their song smack my ((bishop)) easter egg ! Soon as I saw the guys hair I said NO WAY!?
What if Reda is an half Isu. Remember when we first met him in Origins. He said his parents got murdered and he walked across the desert for years. By that time he was only like 8 years old. But thats what Ubisoft wants us to think.
This is a really interesting theory Tios and I like it a lot. I think I could definitely get behind something like that. How long do ISU live though? a 1,000 years as a half ISU could be too long, hmmm, either way we need this Reda questions answered in the coming DLC 😂 will you be playing them both?
@@AndyReloads definitely man👌😂
And btw maybe Reda is really supposed to help the assassins or even potential ISUs, cuz remember when in AC Origins Hepzefa said: Youre the one with powers of the Gods. And we also know that Eivor is the reborn Version of Odin. So is Reda the Helper of the Reborn ISU, to help them to get through the Human World.
Sry for bad English btw, i am doing this on my old Samsung A5😂
There is a Winnie the Pooh mission and a Worcestershire sauce mission too, this game is riddled with cool Easter eggs and nods to other media etc.
