I've held this position since it happened. Benedict was far too sharp to make a minor mistake. By resigning the way he did he invalidated the next papacy. And he still held onto his office until his death. This would conclude that the see is now vacant.

I have been studying this thesis for 2 years and I have been increasingly amazed by this discovery. This stuff is very subtle so if you are exposed to it for the first time, please give it a little time, patience and attention. If you do, you have the chance to begin a marvellous journey of discovery in what could well be one of the most important chapters of the history of Christianity.

Unfortunately a big part of Bergoglio's adversaries, the traditionalists, do not want to hear these facts because they are afraid these facts will give credit to Pope Benedict, who they consider a modernist not much different that Bergoglio himself. That is why they ignore Dr.Cionci's work and Father Minutella's mission as well, the two biggest problems for Bergoglio. But the Little Remnant group behind the Priests of the Marian Sodality is going to be unstoppable and it is already reaffirming the Roman Catholic Church. Ten thousand faithfuls do not seem a big number but they represent a well germinating seed. It would be great if Mr. Westen would give a voice to this ever growing new reality.
As a Convert, i was dismayed when i found no Latin Mass or altar rails for kneeling and receiving Communion on the tongue. I did not know that TLM was being and had been supressed in my diocese. i was called by the Lord to come home to HisTrue Church and i swam the Tiber, only to find all was not well. and i have heard a prsentation about Pope Benedict having been recognized and regarded as the world’s foremost authoirty on Latin.. I studied Latin and i love it. I believe that Pope Benedict would never have made an unintended mistake in grammar. This show gives me Hope.. Thank You.

Either way, the last person who saw him alive was a Freemason who hated the church.

What BenXVI did was VALID. He absolutely stuck to the rules. The first public announcement about his supposed 'resignation' was a tweet by a journalist, and everyone followed that! And so the deception, led by wishful thinking on the part of those who hated Pope Benedict, broke out everywhere, with everyone trusting a TWEET. Tweeting is not a legal action of Canon Law. But what Pope Benedict did and said was absolutely in line with all Canon Law and Church documents. Therefore, it is misleading to ask, 'Did he fake his resignation?' No, he did not fake his resignation, - all the people around him who hated him and who hate the Church faked his resignation.

I’m not sure when Pope Francis did this-whether it was in late 2019 or early 2020-but he instructed that the title “Vicar of Christ,” a traditional defining title for popes, should be dropped from the titles following his name in the Vatican yearbook. He retained the title Bishop of Rome, the more outwardly administrative of the two titles. This action has continued to puzzle me (my first thought being “At least he’s finally being honest”) and I have had various theories about it, but it does seems to fit in with the “munus” concept and the topic of this video well. When asked by a reporter why he did this, he gave the answer that the title was “outmoded.” So … the Pope’s MOST defining title, a title based on the mission given to Peter by our Lord Himself-Vicar of Christ: “the one who stands in the place of Christ”-is “OUTMODED”? Why did Francis renounce the title at that particular time and that year? It’s a very symbolic action and I wonder whether there was any aspect of ritual (not a Catholic ritual) or spiritual component about it.

"271. - Then when he says, Do you not know that we, namely, the faithful of Christ, will judge angels? Hence the Lord says in Lk (10:19): “I have given you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and all the power of the enemy.” And in Ps 91 (v. 3): “The young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.” It can also be understood of good angels, most of whom in some way will be found inferior to Paul and others like him. Hence, it is significant that he does not say “they” but “we” shall judge. And here's the biblical text itself "When one of you has a grievance against a brother, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints? 2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? 3 Do you not know that we will judge the angels? How much more, matters pertaining to this life!"
Scripture and the saints both confirm that we, the faithful, will judge the angels. The idea that only God judges and we have no involvement in it is a false, modern idea. We will be judging the angels and condemning the evil ones.
Even the Archangel Michael when disputing with the devil about the body of Moses did not being railing accusations against the devil.

One of the main issuses here is the real fact that lies in the declaratio Pope Benedict XVI wrote and he only renounced the magisterium and never the munus.
That in itself constitute an invalid renouncement.
Also according to cannon law, if both are given up, ' magesterium and munus' had been given up, it has to be done immediately, and not 2 weeks later.
The title Pope Emeritus does not exist, as there can only be ONE POPE.

I am Italian and I would add something else: the declaratio B. XVI has written personally in latin. It has been translated by the offices in the Vatican in other languages. In the Romanic languages the Is not the difference between munus and ministerium like in latin.AND IN GERMAN. And the tradition in German ha been falsificated: writing that B. renounced at MUNUS and not at ministerium. And that fact has been denounced by advocates.
I found this online: "According to the Italian bestseller titled Codice Ratzinger and to Stefano Violi, professor of Canon Law at the Theological Faculty of Emilia Romagna and at the Theological Faculty of Lugano, Benedict XVI gave up only the ministerium (as it is provided by the canon 332 §2) and not the munus."

It's not a fake resignation. Benedict did something different. He offered himself to the impeded see to save the legitimate papal line of succession. How? By announcing (in the Declaratio) that after 17 days he would have been deprived of exercising his function (ministerium). He tested the cardinals as Jesus did the apostles. But they, misrepresenting the Declaratio and wanting to necessarily interpret it as an act of abdication, did not pass the test.

I recall seeing the video of a public audience of the 'resigned' Pope Benedict with Bergolio, sitting at that famous table. Pope Benedict was thanking Bergolio for his 'protection' whilst Bergolio was flipping the pen in his hand and not even looking at Pope Benedict. I don't know what it all meant, but it was chilling.

At the time BXVI was still alive he said Cionci Is crazy. But for what I recall the journalist has interpreted this statement in a positive way, meaning Geinswein in this case had used the same "Ratzinger code" mentioned in the video. In few words many of their statement have a double meaning (Cionci used the word "anphibiology"): the first Is the official but also apparent one,whereas the second Is a cryptic message/communication to denounce he was still the Pope and he wasn't allowed to freely communicate to the outside because the Seat of Peter had been usurped by un invalid conclave that elected Francis as anti-Pope. It's an extremely troubling and irrealistic theory. But at the end of the day the state of the Church Is so confused (to say the least) that everything Is possibile.

Pope Benedict XV1 was side by side with Pope John Paul 11 all throughout his Papacy. Pope John Paul 11 trusted him as a brother in Christ as his health was failing dramatically. Pope Benedict XV1 was chosen by the Holy Spirit. All his writings are inspired as he also wrote for Pope John Paul 11 and loved the Bride of Christ the Catholic Church. He was never involved in any scandal. Pope Benedict XV1 had his own faithful in Christ secretary at his side all during his papacy and after his resignation. His secrerary's book was banned if I remember and all letters of Pope BenedictXv1 were burned at Benedicts request. And wasn't Benedicts secretary exiled to a far off country? My confusion lies in thinking Pope Benedict would rather die as a martyr than go along with such a deceitful forced resignation that would affect the church in such a heretical way. Unless God Himself told Benedict to step away.
