Hello Zaha !!! I am from the contry of OSCAR NIEMEYER, Brazil. Your lines are absolutely amazing! Unnecessary to say that you are a genious of the modern architecture and I love you.😮 You are a very special artist.God bless you !!
She left us way too soon. I hope, wish, pray someone like her comes to pick up where she left, whether it is in ZHA or elsewhere. In any case, best of luck ZHA. Thank you for sharing.
To see Zaha’s buildings is to instantly love them without reserve. Those curves are so naturally beautiful that I still don’t understand how they were conceived, let alone how they were made.
I really love her so much, she is one of my inspirations to be an architect as a black high school student going to college by next year. She is one of the reasons why architecture is still an inspiration for architecture students. RIP Zaha Hadid, You will continue to be a legacy to this world. You will never be forgotten.
Too many people in that office. Zaha told her close friend Steven Holl that she would like to go away with a small group of assistants to concentrate on what really interested her. Holl believed that having hundreds of employees was a major stressor for Zaha and may have contributed to her early death in 2016.
amazing , I'm an architecture student almost finishing my degree, I'm always looking for a little inspiration to believe in architecture again and this video really leaves you speechless zaha hadid's studio setting the bar very high for the next and present generation of architects from all over the world
Very interesting buildings. As a guy who is on the owner of real estate, I see maintenance hell, not very utilitarian, but incredible looking buildings and probably a real pleasure to experience in person. The mad genius who put these in motion will be missed.
MS HADID may you rest in peace and be rewarded for your contribution to humanity - you were an icon ,a tower , a glittering, mesmerising star of unequalled vision ,intel[ectual prowess and a supreme master of applied arts in virtually every field that was graced by your presence - superlatives do not do you justice - i am humbly, not easily impressed but was left awestruck and dumbfounded at the scope and sheer genius of your work i thank our creator for having blessed you so that we could be blessed by your efforts and to inspire future generations to strive to reach the stellar heights you reached respect and sincere thanks to you MS HADID
Epic, I wonder if there will be "starchitects" like her in the future? Establishing even a basic arch office these days seems the heck of a lot more difficult than in the old days.
Very different, bold and Great works. Hats off to the builders/clients who realized her talent and gave her a chance to create such marvelous architecture.
When i look at this i get the chills, i want to surpass zaha hadid in the future. I like the idea of creating buildings who are inspired by nature forms and at the same time efficiënt to the reffered functionality/goal of the building.
ZAHA HADID broke all kinds of boundaries! She is timeless....I am forever inspired by her mind and vision...Her legacy is the inspiration and the drive she gives to her successors in vision. what could be better than that ! on a more Monday in level… She didn't have to go so early and just such preventable circumstances ...
Beyond. I've been obsessed with the world of architecture since The Fountainhead. A pity that I was not born with the talent to excel in this industry.
This stuff looks absolutely amazing. It’s been five years now since this video came out and the stuff looks still extremely groundbreaking. Truly goes to show really that although we’ve got a lot of interesting designs coming out these days, a lot of the great designs never make it to the construction phase and just get lost in the infinite web. There’s probably been far more designs come up with now then there will be in the future that make it to the final product. It’s a dead shame, but also shows great opportunity to rediscover designs that were previously thought to be impractical or impossible that are now most definitely possible thanks to improvements in technology.

Architecture for people with money. These buildings are for corporate and institutional clients. // TBH, I much prefer Zaha's earliest buildings, before her office adopted an aesthetic that is unbuildable without computer modeling and attendant construction technology. When Picasso left there was a huge catalogue. Are her people assessing Cairo and sea level rise? The people of the Pyramids (I believe to actually be Alexander's libraries) seemingly feel left behind.
When people attack Chinese efforts they might just be wrong. It's possible that the Chinese arrive to teach & assist locals on what could be and how to go about doing it. People used to complain about Dubai exploitations . . . but 'now' we see that those "exploited(s)" are now part of their own country's dream proposals.
