- A new prefab home factory has just been announced in America. Biltwise Structures has partnered with Turnkey Ventures to bring a new modular home factory to New Mexico with plans to deliver homes to New Mexico, Colorado, Texas and Arizona. They're currently building over 500 homes per year and this new factory addition will drastically increase their output. Hey, I would like to strongly encourage you to start Tarnow pre-fab homes. You have an audience and you have also studied the industry for a long time. Just make it deliverable across North America and a good price per square foot with maybe a kickstarter or incentives to us to help you start up. % off a house something like that.

Home depot a 2 story shed/home for under 14k. You have to insulate and sheetwall/panel it but its the best deal out there.

Looking at the Palmetto, it is a great looking classic southern home. Love the layout and style. All it’s missing is the white picket fence. Nonetheless, inside and out, it’s got that countryside Deep South America feel nailed perfectly.🏅

Impresa was a company I approached last year and had a phone call with and the rep said he'd get back with a quote...and he never did and he never returned our calls. Hope their new branding means they've improved their customer service.

Hi Kerry, the Roswell location is because there was a huge Air Force Base for decades in South Roswell huge aircraft taken out of service are often taken to the Roswell airfield for decommissioning or refurbishing and resale. This is a 5000 acre area that Chavis county is using to attract more industry to their area. I suspect the new manufacturer got a very good deal and some economic development incentive to locate in Roswell. I really enjoy your videos and I’m learning a lot about prefab housing.

Would be interested in how they are built showing who builds to energy standards and use materials and techniques to extend how long they last without maintenance. Maybe partner wirh someone who constructs homes like Matt Rissinger host of the youtube Build Show.
Now these are my favorite ...but want to know more. So looking forward to updates and prices even tho they are not in my area (PNW). I used to live in AZ and did consider New Mexico ..but now i am likely to stay where I am. I did like your drawing..It's very cute...Thanks for showing us...made me smile . The website doesn't have a lot of pictures of the Stockbridge model you showed, it did, however, have a sketch that looked like a colorized version of your drawing.
I kind of like that one. I'd use the second bedroom as a study, and the walk in closet is a nice touch.

Now, these long narrow plans (8:20) are finally more suitable for common suburban lots. It’s the reality of home sites where most people want to live, not just some fantasy wide-frontage multi-acre parcel out in the boonies.

Setting up manufacturing in abandoned airplane hangers is brilliant. Rent or puchase is most likely affordable. Building a industrial center to build these homes would be a very large investment of funding and time
For that reason alone, I will be looking at this company. -R. Former metal building dealer/contractor.

That airport is an old airbase that the govt got rid of at least 25 or 30 years ago. More than 1 industrial type company has found those large buildings helpful, and old planes are stored on the old runways.

Southwest. We have trouble finding stuff that isn’t a mobile home in the Southeast. That’s why I keep staying on Terry to find stuff around here. This is the first one planning to deliver in the SE.

With more than 100 million rental slaves, people are looking for prefab homes in order to avoid developers. This is my opinion.
