I looked at the Part 137 form 8710-3. It asks for the type of aircraft to be operated. Do you know if they want the exact make and mode of the ag drone, or simply just Ag UAS?

I think you can put DJI Agras or whatever series you plan to fly.

would building washing/soft washing fall under this?

Its defined as any chemicals that can alter plant growth. Pretty much everything falls under this. Hope that helps!
