This is C band reflector not Q band. It all depends on the depth and focal point to be powerful as you say. Greater the depth, smaller the focal point and you should get atleast 85% and above signal for better picture quality.
No glove, no respirator, not shielding and that spinning disk or the belt, welding with no protection. No wonder places like this make things so cheap. Such a shame all for the sake of cheap, like their lives are worth anything.
