Why do u care
It actually falls under fair use protection for several reasons. Most importantly, I’m not profiting off of this video and the usage of the clips is used creatively and differently enough from the source materials that they would not really be able to claim loss of revenue due to my film. Found footage documentaries are very common.
As a side note, David, I find it very interesting that your account, with no videos, likes, playlists or anything, was created on the same day I shared this on my instagram.
