Snow on the mountains here in Ireland, hopefully it stays there. I took myself for a walk this morning by the water as the sun was out and a little seal decided to pop up and show itself. Spent yesterday with the dog and it made me think she never concerns herself with the world around her and I wondered if anyone would like to swap places with their pets for a while? 😊🇮🇪
You know, I often ponder over that. How wide are our dog’s emotions. I suspect Molly isn’t that concerned by the conflict in Ukraine or a struggling economy.

From Kentucky the Bluegrass State in USA… don’t we all want the same things. Shelter, food, safety, a need to be seen/heard, purpose of life, give and receive, respect for each other and LOVE.
Exactly, and that what my reference to pain being a common denominator was about. Our cultures, location etc may be diverse, we are all the same under the skin. I will knit about 5 rows, then transfer them to circulars. This is how I’ve always done it, so why have I just wasted a day trying to be clever? 🤪😊
Words of wisdom. Humans, man. Complicated but also depressingly simple. Some of us want power and to rule others. Because they think they're somehow entitled to do so. 12:35
@@primalengland 😂 I spent my 1st 49 yrs living in L.A. county. And yes Hollywood is weird. I was 13 when my Mom & myself were walking past the Whiskey, and lingered on the sidewalk to listen to the Doors playing inside. We were killing time, waiting to see an art piece of mine exhibited @ the Barnsdall Park art gallery. Plenty of fond memories, hanging out down there...and to this day I still delight in weirdness.
It would be great to expand this group to include more like-minded people. Alternatively, to have other groups with similar thoughts. Trouble is, probably people with opposite ideas could infiltrate and we'd be back to square one. I want a better world. A world without fighting. How to make it happen? I just don't know.
We already have many disruptors commenting. I hide them as soon as I see their comments. I don’t know what they get out of it, but I don’t want their kind of language on here. There are many older people who would find it offensive and intimidating. I’ve noticed quite a few new faces over the last couple of days. We’ve had a lot fewer comments lately, and subscriptions have dropped off hugely. I think it’s an algorithm thing, but we seem to have been picked up again. This channel has been promoted on a couple of channels, and I might start doing the same for channels I think people might enjoy. I think that could create a network of channels.
I remember when I was 2 years old, I realized how screwed up this world was, and I felt like I didn't belong here. Why was I here. I wanted to live on a better planet where the inhabitants were smart and knew how to live and use their brains in intelligent ways, not being stupid and bad like they were here.
We’d all like to find that smart planet. I have a pathological interest in politics both in the UK and US. For this reason I am in the process of looking for somewhere remote and isolated to live out my last years. That, hopefully, will be my smart planet. 😊
@@primalenglandThis sounds wonderful. I voted for this new government with hope for a brighter future and all I see is a lack of vision and a lack of understanding. They had a chance to lay out a new plan for the country, a collective purpose, things to look forward to. Instead, for the first time ever, I feel as though I want to emigrate. But that’s a thousand times more difficult thanks to Brexit. I’m trying to stay positive by spreading kindness within my own little bubble, and appreciating nature and slow living, which your channel helps me do. 😊
You make it sound feasible. Someone once told me that human nature is like a bowling green ball, which has a weight in one side called a "bias" and the ball always rolls toward it's bias. Does that explain why we are the way we are?
Good day Nigel! I enjoy your videos very much. I'm envious of all the unique places that you can go walking about. I love being out in nature, but here in Florida we have to be careful of snakes and alligators. We can't go walking around in the forest like we could when we lived up north in Massachusetts.
Luckily we don’t have many dangerous animals here. Squirrels aren’t going to hunt you down in packs. Badgers can be a bit grumpy, but overall, we can stroll wherever we like. On the flipside, you do need waterproof shoes and a warm jacket. 😊
@ we don’t hold it against you. I was born and spent my first 50 years in Leigh. We were consumed by Big Wiggin some years ago, and you lot pinched all the books out of our library. For that I can never forgive you. 😉
Yes she does, but won’t wear a coat. She walks around like she’s got sticks for legs. I may try her again. She’s ok as long as she’s moving about, but soon starts shivering if we stop too long. She also feels cold in her paws. We do our walk and come straight home, where we usually spend at least an hour just sitting about.
I was about to commend you on how well you communicate with your eyes but then you pulled a stitch ripper @4:48. Sheer comedy! Yeah, your mama had her work cut out with you
With all respect we really are not the same. I wish it were true, and it sounds nice to wear on your sleeve, but there are many people out there that would stand on your head if it moved them up. I have experienced several antigay hatecrimes that involved a weapon. I had to quit high schoolt thats how dangerous and unbearable it became the daily torment. I haven't mentioned specifics for my own safety but I'm sure you know what i mean. I'm no longer hippy dippy. It's wishful thinking. I choose my own safety now. There is so much sick stuff rigrh now and the worst part is, the evil gets away with it. It gets facilitated, bubblewrapped and backpatted.
I think you miss the point, as has someone else. My point is that we all live in hugely different cultures that make us vastly different as individuals and unable to experience the things that we all take as normal and mundane, but we all feel exactly the same physical pain, which is the common denominator, and we all have the capability to show sympathy and empathy. (Whether we do or not could be the influence of the culture we live in, but I believe we all have the capability, and primal desire to do so.) We are different, as dictated by our location and culture, but my heart attack will kill me, just as it will you. And the tragedy is that you feel the need for caution in expressing yourself. That is something that we can all get behind in condemning. 😊❤️
no, we are definitely not all the same. We might be watching your channel but I'm not the same as you or any of your other subscribers. We are all individuals.
Of course we are. But then, that’s not what I said. You get a pin and stick it in your finger. I’ll get a pin and stick it in my finger. I bet we both go ‘Ouch!’ That’s how we are the same.
Take two people, from anywhere on the planet, put them together and they will have more in common than differences.
Yes! You get it. 😁

I had the good fortune to travel for work all around the world and met many wonderful people.
Me, too. 🌎👍 Oil industry.
Love the scrunching sound of you walk 🌻 hugs to you both ❤
The leaves were so crisp. It really was as loud as that!! 😊❤️❄️🍁🍁
@primalengland yip but loved it
It's finally cold here in Florida USA.
I went out for my morning walk in a t-shirt and had to come back in and put a sweater on 😅
Don’t rub it in! 😂😊
@DiegoB0525 your laughing now but in August my electric bill still starts with 1
@angelikac6767 I would love that!
I don't use AC a lot here, and still managed to get a bill of $150+ 😂
Thank for common and the feed back and the beatiful
Isn't curiosity about another person a wonderful thing xx
I think so. I love learning about how people navigate through their own culture. 😊❤️
Peace and love from Alabama in the USA. It has turned colder here, too….36 degrees Fahrenheit (2Celsius) tonight. Feels cozy in my house as I read the comments from all over the world. We are all one and care about each other!! 💕
It’s still very cold and crisp here, Cynthia. We’ve had two long walks. I’m now home in front of the fire, knitting my first project of the winter.
@ I enjoy knitting as well. Now, I am knitting pot scrubbers from tulle.
@@cynthiapate9138 I started knitting a scarf on straight needles this afternoon, but wasn’t happy with the edge, so undid 12 inches of scarf and started to do it on circular needles. Cast on 140 stitches, but couldn’t untwist them. ( a common pain in the butt with circular needles) so undid them and cast 140 stitches on straight needles. I will knit about 5 rows, then transfer them to circulars. This is how I’ve always done it, so why have I just wasted a day trying to be clever? 🤪😊
From Spain a human being as any other, have a good day
Have a great day. 😊
WHERE IS MOLLY'S SWEATER!?!?!?
Your US Hippie Accent impersonation was spot on! HAHA
If I put Molly in a coat she walks like her legs are in splints! I was actually quite pleased with that accent when I played it back. 😊🐕🦺🐾
@@primalengland oh man, sounds like she needs a legless one for when it gets cold! :)
Great video Nigel. Love your Japanese accent. Really made me laugh 😊
Ha! I was waiting for the angry comments. Seems we all have a sense of humour here. 😊❤️
Lovely video. Stay warm, we may actually get some flurries here in Pennsylvania in the states too. Have a great day. Peace and love.
It may be cold and wet, but I still love to see the first flurries of Winter. 😊❄️
Divided we fall easily.
Good boy 🙂
Where’s my pat on the head? 😊
@@primalengland Ha! Sent from New Zealand.
lovely chat! take care Nigel.
And you. 😊
Love watching your video vlogs Nigel
Thanks, mate. 😊👍
Words of wisdom. Humans, man. Complicated but also depressingly simple. Some of us want power and to rule others. Because they think they're somehow entitled to do so. 12:35
Pride comes before a fall. I’d rather be humble, and avoid that fall. 😊
@primalengland Wish more people would, to be honest.
Born in Hollyweird, California & retired to SW Washington state. Peace out...
I never realised you people in the States called it ‘Hollyweird’ too. 😂 Mind you, I can imagine some of the names people have for us. 😳
@@primalengland 😂
I spent my 1st 49 yrs living in L.A.
Thank you Nigel, once again you cheered me up. By the way, you are a good boy😅❤
Ha! Thank you soo much 😁❤️
An other Cancerian here Nigel from the Fens of Cambridgeshire, no snow yet but a very cold frosty crisp day today 🥶
We are Comforting, nurturing and sympathetic, apparently. 😊❤️
@ 😊 I’ll take that 😘
I'm a cancerian too from Burnley
@@elainestuttard5105 Hey! Cancarian Lancashire love in.! I’m up for it! 😊❤️
i'm in Lancashire or Greater Manchester, depending on who you ask.
You’re in Lancashire. Take it from me. 😊
You're a good boy, Nigel, and Molly's a good girl. 😄
😁 Thank you. 😊
You make it sound feasible. Someone once told me that human nature is like a bowling green ball, which has a weight in one side called a "bias" and the ball always rolls toward it's bias. Does that explain why we are the way we are?
That’s a great analogy. The skill in bowls is to use the bias to your advantage. Could we do that as a species? Use bias for the positive?
I thought your logo looked too YouTuby. You have a new subscriber.
I don't think it will ever happen, but who am I.

Cheshire 😊
Posh! 😊
@ I’m originally from Wigan!!
@ we don’t hold it against you.
I was born and spent my first 50 years in Leigh. We were consumed by Big Wiggin some years ago, and you lot pinched all the books out of our library. For that I can never forgive you. 😉
Hey, man
✌️😊
Does little Molly not feel the cold without an extra coat on? I just bought my new dog one and a doggie jumper for bedtime. 😊
@@primalenglandAh bless her ❤ She can snuggle with her dad when she gers home.😊
I was about to commend you on how well you communicate with your eyes but then you pulled a stitch ripper @4:48. Sheer comedy! Yeah, your mama had her work cut out with you
I couldn’t resist. 😁
I thought that was a baby pig at first 🇺🇸
Me too 🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰
I’ll never be able to lol at her the same again. I see what you mean. 😊
@@primalengland 🤣🇺🇸
Da iawn. Hwyl nawr, Taffy Nige ✌️🤘
Thank you. See ya, Lanky Nige.✌️👌
(Whether we do or not could be the influence of the culture we live in, but I believe we all have the capability, and primal desire to do so.)
We are different, as dictated by our location and culture, but my heart attack will kill me, just as it will you.
@@primalengland well yes, we are the same species and we feel pain.
NO we are not all the same lol
I’m keeping a tally of all the people who completely missed the point. 😊 lol
