  • We got our hands on a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1, but it seems to have some paint defects and small scratches. It definitely deserves a proper detailing, so that’s exactly what it got!
    Firstly, there was some cleaning needed, after which some polish was applied. And our last step in the process? Ceramic-coat the whole car!

      I 2nd your comment and that's why I taught my self how to detail my 2017 Convertible Mustang GT. I feel confident now about the products and techniques being used on my car because I am doing it.

    Hi guys, the yellow blocks, stucking in the front suspensoin has to be removed by the Ford dealer bevore the Car goes to the customer. It is dangerous to drive with them on the road because they lock a vew windings from the springs for the transport. Please contact your customer or his Ford dealer.
    I had the same problem with my Mach1

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We’ll contact the owner of the vehicle as fast as possible. Hopefully the issue will be resolved without any injuries or damages on the car. It’d be a real shame if anything happened to a rare car like this, or even worse, it’s owner!

      Holy cow am I glad I perused the comments! I just picked up a new Mach 1 and after reading your comment I went out to the garage to check it and lo and behold there’s yellow blocks in the suspension. Fortunately I’ve only driven it as far as home and parked it waiting for warmer weather, I’ll definitely be contacting the dealership in the morning to get this rectified. Thanks for the info.

    You might want to let the owner know that the shipping blocks on the front springs need to be removed

      We’ve already gotten a comment about that, don’t worry, the owner has been notified! 😄 We were racking our brains at what they were for, but it seems that the dealership just never got around to removing them. But they are no longer on the car, as far as we know!

      If our client wants their car cleaned, they’ll get it cleaned everywhere! 😁 we know the tread gets dirty the moment the car moves, but it’s about showing that we take our job seriously! 🏎✨

    Nice video, and really nice work, but you never addressed the two areas that I watched the whole video to see....how you cleaned/treated the flat black vinyl decal on the hood, and what you used on the chrome exhaust tips. Any advice you could give in those two areas would be appreciated!

    • @tmdetail5886
      @tmdetail5886  2 года назад +2

      Hey! The owner of the vehicle didn’t want us to touch the vynil decals, so we taped them over when polishing the paintwork. I’m not sure whether the product which we used for cleaning the exhaust tips is available outside Slovakia, but it’s basically just very fine oil-based polishing compound.

    What’s in the spray bottle?

    • @tmdetail5886
      @tmdetail5886  2 года назад

      Depends on the lacquer, but in this case, basically just soapy water to provide some lubrication, so that we don’t scratch the paint. 😁
