I so loved your washi video. It was one of the best ispiration videos I have watched in 2021. And your designs were simple and beautiful (as usual). The only way to avoid criticism is to do nothing. You are out there every day, sharing, inspiring, entertaining and even calming some people like me. Thank you💐
Me too!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
@@roxycreations679 Please let me know the name of this video- having trouble finding it- interested in the washi- not the comments! :D
It is so amazing to me how people can be so critical. You know if they don't like what you're doing why don't they just go somewhere else. Sometimes I think they're just unkind people who who just dumped every place they get a chance to do it. I wouldn't be surprised if she's not even a junk Journal ER. I love what you do Rachel you are so good at what you do and you are so appreciated by so many of us I just don't know how you tolerate all the nasty people. Bless you for putting yourself out there. I really like what you're doing today. These will be very useful and I've never seen them before you
Thank you so much!
I loved hearing about your education. You were very brave. Ive often thought I might like to learn Italian. Thanks for sharing these cute pockets.
Thank you so much!
Yay! Maria @angelfishdesign ! Rachel love your tuck. ❤️
Thank you so much!
People just seem to pick on you when you do things out of the ordinary hello that’s why we watch you
A simply folded background, plus collage...a definite winner, Rachel. Smiles again, Carol xo
Thank you so much!
You find the most fun projects to show us. This is an amazing project to do. It can be used in so many ways that I am imagening. They will be fun to put in any journal. Thanks Rachel💖💖💖
Thank you so much!
Ice day today so YaaaaY!!!! Subbed to Angelfish!!! Thanks, Rachel! ..... Favorite quote from a previous video: Lu Lu responds to Mom ... Mom responds... "You're such a Rachel" 😂 -- unforgettable!!! Love it!!!💕🌻
Thank you so much!
Rachel, I can't believe how much of a stir the faux~shi video caused and is still causing. Funny because I started a new sheet last night and was working on it as I sat here watching you. I've made so many, I'm addicted, and no two are alike. I Highly doubt "jealous June" can come up with something better. 🤣🤣🤷🏻♀️
I know it's so funny! Thank you so much!
I honestly can’t believe people get on to leave negative comments. If they don’t like what you do, then they just shouldn’t watch. You handle it all so gracefully. I am grateful that you share what you do, and I love all of it, which is why I continue to watch.
I agree such a waste of energy! Thank you! 😊
This is such a fun and easy little wrap around pocket! Thanks for sharing it, Rach! Love and hugs! ❤️
Thanks so much!
That is a clever project - I have a ton of one sided papers I need to use up and this is a great way of doing just that! Love it! Terrible to hear about your tape police negative nelly comments - your response in this video was well spoken and hopefully we can all get a chance to benefit from learning a new clever way to do the tape... we all are in this to learn from each other not tear each other down - sheesh. Anyways as always it's been a joy to watch you - your videos are part of my daily routine (most days) :)
Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing the ideas you find and the channel names. I feel what you share is such a wealth of beautiful information and it helps us all become better creators. Art is an expression of an artist. A creation. A chocolate cake can be made with at least 10 different recipes but it is still a chocolate cake. We as paper creators use lots of paper many supplies. A lot of which could end up in the trash or landfill or even worse the ocean. Using a creative idea and calling it( foe washy) isn’t taking anything away washy tape. Using glue stick on washy to help it stick down just insures it will stay put. You have said many times others do not care for the old books you find. So if you use them or resale them should be your right as a tradesmen. Please craft away. Those of us who love you love watching what you create. Love all you share Have a lovely day.
Thank you so much!
It's always enjoyable to watch when the RUclips creator is having so much fun working on a project. The tucks/pockets are cute.
Thank you so much!
It’s always amazes me that there’s always at least one more way to fold a piece of paper!! The addition of the larger labels with pictures of insects is really nice, too! Well maybe I should try learning Italian, tried French years ago, but it was so frustrating trying NOT to pronounce half the word!! It’s so nice seeing the 100 day ideas again!
Thank you so much!
Hi Rachel!! I’m Maria with Angelfish Design, and I couldn’t be more surprised and tickled that you were inspired by one of my favorite tuck spots!! Thank you so much for the shout out! I love watching your videos and am so inspired by your slow stitching! 💖💖💖🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼
I think they are fabulous and love your work!!! Thank you so much!
Your studies in Italy sound very like my (3 yr) Uni degree in Japanese language. I have a tub of notes, all the handouts, and the text books are so well used they have completely come apart at the seams, very lesson has the English translations written below every sentence and more. I have of course forgotten most of what I learnt, but have been thinking seriously of going back to the beginning and starting again.
I do wish you would direct us to the ugly comment people and allow us to redirect them. It makes me so sad that anyone would be unkind towards you. Your work is beautiful, love your life story commentary. So much like having a dear friend in my home. Love it when you do Rachel. Artistic, colorful, full of life…just plucking things off your table and transforming them into a gorgeous piece of art. Please don’t change. Keep up the chitter chatter and do it Rachel’s way. ❤️❤️❤️
I usually delete them straight away. Thank you so much!
I too love textiles! What a wonderful opportunity you had to study and learn about the history of our "fabric love."
Thank you so much!
Beautiful project using gorgeous papers..simplicity can be glorious. 👍🥰❤️
Thank you so much!
Love 'em . Loving the new setup as well. I'm sure it's more comfortable to use. Best of luck. Off to watch some of your stitchery now. Oh boy. Love Wednesday 😂😂😂
Thanks so much! 😊
Cute , fast and easy!!!!
Thank you! 😊
I love your faux-shi that you made. There are two advantages, you can use your supplies & you aren’t supporting China. You have so much talent, have fun with it ! 🇺🇸🌵❤️
I agree! Thank you so much!
I love this set up..I can hear you clearer. And in frame closer too it seems, so much better
Yes it is closer as it's a different type of arm that I can manouver better. Thank you so much!
Beautiful each one. I enjoy your process as much.
Thank you so much!
A very nice project. I love it. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much!
Love this idea! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much!
Hello Rachel, these tuck spots are beautiful, thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much!
Very enjoyable! 👍
Thank you so much!
I can’t cut a circle either, punches are good if you have the right size. I really like these. So heard on the news last night that Australia has lifted its travel ban and thought that will make Rachel happy! Lol. TFS
Thank you so much!
My circles usually turn into hexagons! What I try to do is see if the circle will fit one of my circle punches. That works most of the time.
Thank you! 😊
These look so much fun! Great inspiration.... thanks Rachel 😃
Thank you so much!
Love this idea,well done
Thank you! 😊
Love this idea. See if you have circle punch to fit 😀
Thank you so much 😊
Oh Rachel I’m so sorry that people don’t have enough to worry about in their own life that they have to be critical! Blows my mind! They are probably jealous that they didn’t think about it first. For people like me on a limited income it was so helpful and also very unique!
Is the green patterned paper you are using part of one of your kits? Love it and thanks for sharing this idea! 🥰🥰🥰
It could be in my green meadows pack. Thank you so much!
Good to see your new set up. I hope your back doesn’t hurt anymore!! ❤️❤️
Me too! Thank you so much!
I love this project Rachel. TFS ♥️♥️♥️
Thanks so much!
Great idea, thank you for sharing. Hugs.
Thank you so much!
I love these pockets Rachel you are so clever,xx
Thank you so much!
Hi Rachel! Cute tuck pocket combo! Great idea, thanks for sharing it with us! Thank you for the great video..I love to hear about your life and loves. Sounds like your school time was both, challenging and exciting. You may not be able to remember everything you studied, but you do know your stuff very well! I enjoyed your video and the camera set up seems to be great! I could hear you much better & the angle is awesome, so good job! I hope it makes filming easier for you too. Ignore the critical comments. Simply said, you deserve much better than that for all that you do for all of us.
I enjoy watching & learning from you everyday, and I really do appreciate you & your work. TFS
Happy Creating! Samantha
P.S. Thanks for the details is the description box...that is so helpful! Your kits are so lovely!
TFS your talents!
Thank you so much!
A different, fun idea!
Thank you so much!
Awesome! I love the fold and the way they are decorated. Thank you!
Thanks so much! 😊
I am really excited that you are so generously giving us your time and talent for a project as demanding as 100 days of great ideas. This one is something I have never seen before, and I can't wait to try it. Thank you so much, and I hope your skies stay blue and that the post office machinery stays functional.
Thank you very much!
Rachel, these pockets are wonderful. I love that you can fold a bunch of them, then put things on them as to what you like. Thank you for another great video.
Thank you so much!
Oh these are fabulous! Great choice for today! I love how you decorated each of them. Beautifully done! It always amazes me what people will say in the comments. It is so easy to criticize in writing and when you are not doing it yourself.… sigh! 🥴 you handled it perfectly… delete and move on! 😊🌸😊🌸
Thanks so much! 😊
These are lovely, I have used them for a couple of years....I have a forgotten to make more I was thinking Patricia or Tina but can't remember who I saw do it...how nice you decorate my dear 😊😊
Thank you so much!
Great idea and so many ways of decorating them. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We appreciate all your time and efforts. Xxxx💖
Thank you so much!
So fun to find these very useful easy to make things!
Thank you so much!
Love these! As for the washi/fauxshi thing - I loved the idea!
Thank you so much!
I’m convinced that the nasty commenters are just jealous of you successful ladies. Just keep smiling!
Thank you so much!
These are darling Rachel! I look forward to giving it a try. I love how you audition pieces before you place them down! I find I'm looking at things a bit differently or maybe moving it to a place I wouldn't have put it if I went with my first thought.
I couldn't do circles either, but I'm getting better after taking advice from Melina. She said to cut a square right next to the full parts of the circle then trim one side at a time. I believe she said her mom, Ms. Edith, taught her that and it sure helps me create shapes that look more like circles! 🙂🙃
Sorry the washi police were out again. Your creativity, artistry and generosity sure doesn't need that kind of....ummm... stuff. Please know you're truly loved and appreciated by the majority of your subbies! You are fabulous Rachel! Thank you for taking time out of your day(s) to bring us these fanatic videos!
I will give thsat a go! Thank you so much!
Oh I love these. Mass make time! lol 😆 🤣 😂
Thank you so much!
What a fun idea! They turned out so lovely ❤️
Thank you so much!
I love this project! I have bought every book about Persian carpets here in Kansas City. I have no reason to do it except those carpets are fascinating.
I agree, there are some really beautiful ones! I loved studying them. Thank you so much!
Love them everything is beautiful thank you for sharing camera angle is perfect Rachel 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
Love these Rachel! I will the paper pack I ordered from you and make some!
Thank you so much!
I love this idea! Yours came out beautiful and you even braved a circle!!! These are just gorgeous Rachel. Thank you for sharing this inspiration. Also thanks fir listing the kits you used. Love them all. Had a shop! I always appreciate seeing the kits in use rather than on etsy. It's much easier to imagine using them myself!
Thank you so much!
I wonder if you could punch the circles instead? You've made these so cute and your own. 😊 The botanical ones were especially chaming!
Yes you can I just don't have a punch the correct size! Thank you so much!
This is a wonderful idea!!! I will for sure check Angelfish Design out!!! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much!
Those are so fun, I'm adding to my todo list! 💕 thanks for sharing! btw I have an awe=ful time cutting circles but I found if you turn th epaper instead of the scissors and go slow it works out better. I get a less lopsided circle LOL😂
Thank you so much!
Goodness, sounds like a police interrogation! It made ME nervous. -
Loved this tutorial tfs Rachel great ideas.❤
Thank you so much!
I love these. They look like so much fun to make. I will certainly be giving this project a go! Thank you for participating in the 100 day project. I love all of the ideas that you are sharing. Oh, I can't begin to cut out a circle. If it's not the size of one of my punches then I end up making a mess of it.
Thank you so much!
Rachel! These were so darling, I loved your, “I put things down to cover them up” - famous last words! I am going to try to make some too! Thank you for sharing and also, the new set up is good too!
Thank you so much!
Love this easy idea!Thank you Hugs
Thank you! 😊
It is amazing to me how you can take such a simple idea and make them so beautiful! As far as the washi goes, who cares how much tape you use! I think it's just jealousy. No other explanation I can think of for their foolishness!
Thank you so much!
LOVELY CRAFTING-TFS-HUGS/BLESSINGS
Thank you so much!
I have made these before, forgot all about them! thank you for the reminder, love these xx
Thank you so much!
Very nice
Thank you so much!
I love these! I just finished making envelopes now I am starting these. Thanks for sharing such a great video 💕🌴😍
Thank you so much!
They are very pritty 😍👏
Thank you so much!
ahhh this paper
💜💜💜
The graphics fairy has their own version of washi tape. I wonder what the "police" will have to say 🤣🤣
Hahaha, they would have something to say!!!
Love these, just pulled a page out of a magazine so I wouldn’t forget how to do it 😉🤣
Thank you so much!
Peggy: nice job! Carol you
Thank you so much!
When someone reacts like that, I figure it's not about me....they are irritated by something else and you are an easy, safe target.
I think you're right! Thank you so much!
I only watch you and "Shabbydabby dabby"🤣, 👌💕
Thank you! 😊
❤️
People have far to much time on their hands, if they can sit an complain about such trivial things 🤷🏻♀️personally I love all the things create big hugs
I agree! Thank you so much!
I loved the fo-washi video. I made some too!!!
Thank you so much!
Are the little fabric designs part of a digital?
Yes they are linked in the description box. I think I called it sampler and fragments.
Where’s the controversial video with faux washi? I love making ‘faushi’ myself - would love to see what you’re referring too, especially if it brought out the washi police🤣🤣🤣. Personally, I like using my deli paper gelli print fails. Thanks for yet another wonderful video for your 💯 days - xoxo
Thank you so much!
🌸🌿💗🌿🌸
Do you use the hp multi- use paper?
Yes their regular copy paper
Why don’t you try cutting the circle with your big scissors and rotate the paper not the scissors. It works for me (usually). ❤️
Love everything you make. IMHO totally ignore the adhesive police. Wish when these unhappy people make negative remakes this would happen 1. Don’t mention them , when you mention them you are giving them their 15 mins. Of fame. 2. Remove remark. Then again all remarks help your #s
Thank you so much!
I’m going backwards trying to find how your Mom started a journal. 😉
She started one of the antique documents lace journals!
Does she have a RUclips videos or just instagram? I dont do Instagram
Angelfish design is her RUclips. Maria is her name.
#100dayproject day 8 is not in the video list - where is DAY 8?
Day 8 was woking on my lace antique document journal. I forgot to add it. I posted it on Sunday
@@roxycreations679 Thank you Roxy - appreciate
Where ever I tell you to put it you put it in the opposite spot
Hahaha!
Frankly it’s none of anybodys business how much tape you use. People need to stop with their comments that exalts themselves. Enough said.
Thank you so much!
