I'd also recommend disabling the crosshair bobbing in the settings under Interface. Maybe it's just me, but I find aiming to be much nicer when the little dot isn't moving around so much when walking/looking around. If you disable it, it will always stay static in the center of the screen. Might be that little bit extra help!
I feel like a huge tip is playing near your teammates. This even applies to sniping let alone competitive. Being near your team covers areas/lines of sight that allow you to make better predictions
There is a point of diminishing returns when using the sliders for your tuning your attachments. It's usually best not to go all the way on any one particular slider because there is a point on the slider scales that do absolutely no good in those adjustments. Try watching TrueGameData or JGod and they can help explain a bit more on the slide scales and stacking of abilities given from them. But other than that, fantastic advise for the sniping my man! I'm going to try to incorporate more of what you have explained for the short maps. Traditionally I'm more of a large map guy and prefer my extreme range long shots. So I do use a lot of elevation and windage changes on my shots, depending on walking or running targets at a distance.
5:38 is a great example of jump shooting the right way, start aiming while on the ground then jump to ensure you aren’t slow peaking the corner or even drop shot if applicable but since in this case the enemy had height, was better to jump(:

If you want to get better at head shots try the TAQ in the marksmen rifles. It 1 hits to the head but 2 to the body so it helps train you to aim for headshots. Not a very good weapon but it can be fun. It has the fastest ADS compared to other rifles that 1 hit to the head. So you can do some insane quick scopes. I was still getting over 1.0 KD with it on shoot house with people using meta guns. So it’s not that terrible but don’t expect to have your best game with it.

Put hybrid cronen scope on your sniper rifle. Use cronen scope. Get easy quick sniper shots with ease. The need for quick scoping with crap high zoom scopes is long gone. A cronen scope is more accurate than the same gun with iron sights. In fact you should be using a cronen scope or cronen laser on every gun.

I highly recommend learning CLAW for PS players specifically [it's easier] it makes being able to move your crosshairs while doing other things like switching weapons, shooting, jumping, etc.. Even if you have a $300 controller it still benefits to learn to play claw

If you fire just before your scope is fully ads the bullet will deviate from crosshair. He probably covered that but I can’t pay constant attention.m👍🏽✌🏽
The amount of insanely close quick scopes I’ve had while getting plat on my snipers running and gunning was too many compared to old games definitely have to slow it down a bit especially with the crazy fast TTK and mass shotgun users
They've now added a setting to remove the crosshair bobbing. When you disable it your crosshair will actually be centered at all times and not dragging half a second behind your movements. You can find it in the Interface settings.
On the sniper glint for snipers who like to play technical from a set position. I have four rules I run by that have won me many long and short range. 1st is never run any sight that has large or very large glint, these give away your position the quickest and always go out of sight after a shot that way your glint will disappear. Remember time and position is your friend. 2nd is never set up on a roof with all open sides this will get you killed 9 times out of 10. 3rd is tuning and it’s important remember yes you are in a set position but you still need some ads and recoil. Set up half and half and you’ll have a nice blend of things to deal with your shots and runners who will rush your position. And finally 4th use your opinions. Claymores and procs are your friends and will save your life more make for some fun hotmics lol. Right now I’m running plat cause it’s nice will the blueprints lol
10:10 I mean all those tips translate perfectly into all other weapons, so yeah good tips for people in general! 12:18 Agree Fast Hands is better if you are just quick scoping.... NOW if you're a more traditional sit in the back sniper then I'd run Focus imo.
Your aim accuracy is insane 👏 I am pants ! Returning after around 10 years off FPS games. That's my biggest struggle so far. I will apply your tips and see if that helps. I love the single shot rifles ut I'm struggling with ADS accuracy. What setting do you use for ADS enablment , where it goes from hip to scope ADS speed .do you have instant on ?
I had that double snipe loadouts glitch and they’re all gone now and I feel like they all got nerfed to the ground including marksmans. Trash nerfs. If you have a blueprint of same gun, u can still have doubles but I swear they’ll give u sweaty lobbies I hate this game now overnight from loving it. I used to have so much fun trickshot everyonce in a while cause it all felt so good. Now it feels like trash cans in a bucket of sewer juice water sipping I want my money back lol

The Birdseye perk is so underrated. The free UAV sweep you get when you unlock it is awesome. And the increased minimap size/zoom is so helpful .
