- To be able Create a Windows bootable USB from an ISO image we must have a 8GB or higher USB and a Windows 10 ISO image downloaded on your computer.

It's that easy,You don't need Rufus at all,All you need to do is plug your usb drive and completely erase it, Download any bootable iso file and extract it to the usb drive,Once done,Restart your computer and immediately press F12 on your keyboard before windows boots up,And it will open up boot manager,Choose your usb driver and press enter,AND ENJOY 😀
This helped me tremendously! My registry files became corrupted and I made me a usb file with my brothers dekstop. I genuinely would’ve been trying to download the installing assistant into the usb. Thank you and thank you some more 😭😭😭🙏🏾

May I have a question please, why you need to use RUFUS why not to choose download to USB flash drive in previous step instead of ISO option? What is the difference?:)
Some installation get stuck at 68 and 67% so u might need to use the second option and Rufus is only trustable application to use iso to boot windows so here solves ur question

At 1:30 why wouldn't you select the usb flash drive? Whats the benefit in using Rufus?

One question, when using rufus to put the iso onto the usb, should the file system really be fat32 or ntfs.
Im pretty sure that fat32 is for memory and stuff
UEFI systems (such as Windows 8,10...) can't boot from an NTFS device, only FAT32.
I don't have a fat32 option on Rufus. Help? Plus, my BIOS looks different compared to everybody else's in tutorial videos. My BIOS version is 2.17.1249 (2019).

Everything works up to the point where windows 10 is just about to be installed , then i get the error: 0xc0000001 and i am at a complete loss. Any help would be great!

I was a "Windows Insider" member and my PC crashed at least twice. I had to boot from the iso DVD the second time. I quit the Insiders program; only use it on your secondary PC.

@AvoidErrors can you please do a video on how to change the style of the ftp directory in browser so it can look like google drive or OneDrive. Basically change the style/look of it. Love your videos. I’ve watched all the ftp tutorials and I’ve learnt so much. It’s only as a test for a website. I almost have sftp set up

jay kig you’re SSD do not sure it’s proabaly a problem with you’re disk partition
It took me a minute to figure something out -- I had to use a USB, as rufus wouldn't detect my external HDs for some reason.

Hey Miguel. I have an unrelated question. I just bought a new laptop with a 256gb nvme + 1TB 7200 HDD. Can I swap in a smaller (or maybe larger) SSD for the factory 1TB HDD? Is it a straight swap and go? Will it automatically recognize the new drive? Thank you.
Mike A i could help if you swap it, it will not regonize it. In fact windows wouldn’t even boot. It is because windows is installed on the HDD so it will give you the motherboard on booting and you have to reinstall windows by entering the BIOS

Hello Miguel please I have issue with my PC I was told to install window server on my virtual machine, the virtual machine is a software on my window 10 so I downloaded the window server and I mistakenly installed it on my main computer so now I can’t access any of files and even get back to my window

Where's the next part when you Install WIN 10 From Bootable USB KEY ?
When you install using the iso. the files are wiped out, right? What happends to all program, are they also wiped clean out? I mean, the files is easy to take a backup, but the installed programs, what can i do with them? Can I use a backup from C./ program to put in the new installed windows? Or do I need to have the original program and install it all over again?
If you use the "upgrade" option it may keep most of your programs, you need windows 7/8/8.1 for that, but if you make a clean installation you will need to reinstall all your programs as well

If i use the backup made with Windows 10 backup program, are not the program installed on the computet included in that backup so i after a clean installation can get the programs back using the backup that i have on a external hdd?
What does the ISO do after the USB has booted up?
Will it work with USB that already have files and data inside of it? Cause I have this 128gb USB I got in a deal a while back and would lose to have this installed on it.
Black Ninja ah that's what I thought lol, because I had to do the same when I had to make a FAT drive so I could install a new hard drive to my ps4
no. it clearly says that it will delete your drive. but you can make a back up then create the bootable USB. replace your data back to the USB
USB drives are currently super cheap now. You can get a 16g for 6.99 at Best Buy and a 32g for 9.99...etc., etc....and yes, if you install an ISO file on your USB that has data on it, all will be erased. Now go get yourself new blank one or two
