+Carolina Pas Hi Carolina! If you have a culinary arts background then the most familiar FD subdiscipline for you might be Design With Food (I suggest you watching my video Food Design 2.0 to have an overview of everything that FD is, and to have a better idea of what your space might be 😊) And if you're just starting to add the word Design to your understanding of food, I think if might be useful for you to take my free email course Food Design 101. You can find it in the Online School Of Food Design website. I hope this helps! It's good to have another FD enthusiast on board! 😊
