I haven't used a new holland tractor but back in the early 70's there hay balers just couldn't be beat...easy to work on and long lasting 600 bales a day plus no problem.
Those balers made Sperry New Holland the first $1 billion short line farm equipment brand in 1979. Sperry New Holland was out selling a full line like Allis-Chalmers at that time.
This is the last combine we had and I drove. We had a 40 foot draper front. Dad and I made a custom air feed front for it because we operated at faster speeds then the reel can handle. Lets just say 13km/h for me is slow. NH guys just didn't look. We only had trouble with the last one we had because they changed the hydrostatic drive system. It was to small and would over heat. I loved this machine though. Now days we would run a much bigger front and go slower though.
I love the New Holland equipment. We have a CR 9060 now and I love it. We also have a AC 7580 with a Cummins conversion that runs the grain cart. If you'd like to see that combo this upcoming 2020 wheat harvest send me a message.
Real nice looking farm machinery. Part of CNH the blue represents Ford tractors of yester year. Jayson your son did a fine job filling in for you yesterday thanksgiving holiday. Cool BTP Episode🚜👍
Lovely set up, tell the farmer dont get anything newer from CNH, TG's are the beginning of the end. our 1300hr 2017 T6.180 is on it's 3rd grapple switch and after this one was replaced i was hauling bales to customer and there was a big POP, turbo boot blew, luckily it had just come off....bad news it was covered in oil, yup, turbo seal on a 1300hr tractor, it's had all it's injector lines replaced. It's no Ford i tell ya.
Not to often you see new Holland equipment, it's either red or green. We have a cr 9040 here in eastern Pennsylvania, about 2 hours north of New Holland Pa...
Very cool. I like New Holland machines. I have always been a Twin Rotor fan. They do a good job. My top New Holland item I hope to film is a New Holland TR95 combine.
Tractor driver needs to move out 1 row then it would be dumping in center of wagon. If you are going to always be a mile or so from where you're going to be dumping wagons are fine.
Great video with tractors and gravity wagons. So they haul the corn to the farm and run it though a dryer and into a bin. Since they don't use trucks how do they haul the corn to the elavator to sell?
I know that we see a lot of grain carts but we have seen a few gravity wagons. Are gravity wagons still the predominate form of grain transportation in the field or are grain carts doing most of it? The tractors and the combine are really nice looking.
Yes Fiat is the parent company of CNH Industrial. Fiat acquired Ford New Holland from Ford Motors in 1991. Fiat had acquired Hesston in 1978 and as a result of the Ford New Holland acquisition under U.S. monopoly laws had to sell off Hesston which was sold to AGCO. In 1999 Fiat acquired Case Corp. and Case New Holland was created. Interestingly Volvo was also a contender to by Case Corp at the time. Because of monopoly laws Case New Holland has to sell several assists. New Holland Versatile 4wds were sold to Buhler Industries, Case IH Maxxum tractors were sold to Landini which created McCormick Tractors and Case IH’s hay tool line was sold to AGCO. I should probably make a video run down on these mergers some time.
@@bigtractorpower Yeah when i'm side loading i have the cart guy line up with the front of the wagon at the auger then i just swing the combine auger backwards where i want it, he/she stays in same spot.
I love seeing the New Holland.
That was really great seeing all the new Holland equipment it’s been a while since we’ve seen some of that on the channel
I know I’m probably one of the few that thinks this- but, I think new Holland combines are some of the best looking ones.
👍👍

@@bigtractorpower yup, in those days back in Scotland we had a twin rotor hayrake that tedded out also, key machine that NHSperry made 100,000's off
Thanks Jason for sharing 🚜👍
Thank you for watching.
Love the Brent wagons
They are nice wagons.
Have the wagons brakes?
Awesome to see some more New Holland combines!!
I like their decision to use the wagons over trucks. Smart farmer.
Military Museum why is that smart?
Jared Moorman easier on the ground i would guess? Fuel maybe
2016keke semis are faster
Your camera work with your drone in this video is outstanding B.T.P..

Thanks for sharing the all New Holland video, I enjoyed it very much
Great video on NH tractor and combine. Rare to see NH in NE Iowa. It’s either Green or Red tractors/combines
Thank you for watching. Helle Farm Equipment does a good job in getting combines, tractors and hay tools out in the area.
I like gravity wagons, less to break.
exactly, no auger, hydraulics, gearbox's.
I like blue tractors.
😁👍👍

That’s an awesome harvest team. If you can email me at contact@bigtractorpower.com
@@bigtractorpower will do.
CNH é top de mais
Like most of eastern Iowa, that field looks like it had some standing water that affected the crops. Tough, tough year.
It was a wet year for sure.
@krinkov545, Too funny, even Brian, from Brian's farming videos, said Mmmooooiisst today.
Always an Awesome video BTP !
As always nice view btp. 👍👍
Thank you fir watching.
Nice !!!
love the videos keep it up.
Do you ever see farms that still use grain trucks and smaller trail carts like the one here thank you sir

I live in NE Iowa so I am naturally curious as to approximately where this farm is located. Looks very familiar.

So Jason did you over eat like the rest of us on Thanksgiving day.😁
Nice looking setup getting the crops in.
Thank you BTP.

if yer close enough you can dump wagons in belly pits

Was this down close to Monticello?? @bigtractorpower
Yes it is in that area.
yea it’s in monticello
Jason,
I heard that fiat bought case steiger and new holland. Is this so? I figured if anyone knew it wld be you. Thanks

@@bigtractorpower ok thank you for the info. Great work as always BTP 👍
I enjoy your videos. The equipment prices are interesting but I'm also curious about the price of the grain carts if possible. Thanks
carts over 1200bus with weigh cells/lights/camera's run over $100k
Just can’t warm to the tractor side profile
Pretty sure my neighbors 4400 John Deere unloading auger moves grain faster than that thing
The unloud tube is a lot bigger than it looks.
D
?
First
Thank you for your enthusiasm.
It doesn't look like that auger on the combine unloads very smoothly...needs to be painted green perhaps?
white lightning yea paint it green and charge twice the price
The auger was fine. The operator shut if off for a spit second to make sure the wagon was lined up in the right spot.
