MSRP pricing for the Colorado, before options, begins at:
    Colorado Base: $20,120
Pricing varies by body style, trim, engine choice and transmission.

    TIME STAMPS:
    Initial start up sequence: 1:37

    Summary/closing: 33:09
During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. These trucks sound a lot better in person. I've driven both the 4 and 6 cyl versions as well as the manual version, and I have to say I'm really impressed by the truck. Everyone needs to realize that having the fully loaded versions of everything isn't all that important. If it gets the job done it gets the job done.

Very thorough, balanced, and great quality review. (I'm a professional video producer and I appreciate your attention to detail, especially as a 1-man band. 99%+ of the videos out there are practically UNWATCHABLE). I just purchased this identical vehicle (took delivery a couple of weeks ago) and I love it! I wish you're video would have been available before I ordered it, but even watching after purchase, I learned a few things and it reinforced my decision. Keep up the good work

I'll be honest when I first heard that thing fire up, I thought it had an exhaust leak or something. XD Still, it is quite a nice truck, and that 3.6 should be plenty powerful for it. I can't wait until the diesel versions arrive.

This and the Canyon are nice trucks and I seriously thought about buying a canyon, but I didn't for a few reasons. First off I couldn't get that comfortable in the driver's seat due to the steering column, next with the seat adjusted comfortably for me there is no room in the back seat, the back seat has too little headroom, and the seat sits too straight up. Lastly the transmission is jerky when down shifting and tends to lug the engine. I don't think I would have any problems with it if I was less than six feet tall.

  • @ngtflyer
    @ngtflyer 9 лет назад +3

For a truck, the interior is very nice. I think it's a very sharp looking truck. The exhaust note is kinda.. meh. I think the height is the perfect balance between ground clearance and usability. 4 wheel disc brakes is nice. I'd opt for the V6, longer bed and towing package personally. Looks promising, but time will tell how reliable and durable they are. Looking forward to what Ford comes up with in the new US Ranger to compete in the segment. Even though the Ranger remained mostly unchanged for many years, it's known to be a very durable, reliable truck. I have a 2011 that I bought new three years ago and it has been flawless and has been excellent at work, commute, travel and play.

Appearantly, some GM vehicles get a bad rap about reliability. My DD is a Silverado with over 400,000 miles without a single service. My dad used to race a Camaro with about 200k on a different engine that he bought with 90k original miles. It also never had a service. I guess servicing your GM vehicle reduces its lifetime by ~100k miles.

How would I go about importing a Chevrolet Colorado to the UK? ideally an Extended Cab 2.5 6speed manual, also the size is plenty adequate for UK roads and not too big as at 70inches wide it is virtually the same width as a Ford S-MAX/Explorer and a Ford Galaxy/Explorer that is an Inch longer, and also the same width as a Ford Mondeo/Ford Fusion, If Chevrolet sold this truck in the UK I might possibly buy it.

To add this Chevrolet Colorado is 74.1inches wide and the Ford S-MAX is 74.2inches wide, The Colorado is 210.5Inches long with a Wheelbase of 121.9inches , The S-MAX is 178.8Inches long with a Wheel Base of 112.2Inches, The Colorado has a Height of 70.1Inches and the Ford S-MAX has a Height of 65.4 Inches, The Curb weight of the S-MAX is 3,843LBS(IB), How much does the Colorado Weigh?

Wow the interior of the Canyon IS better. I would buy the Canyon just on that alone. Love your videos.

Chevys have some of the best interiors in North America, at least they have soft touch materials unlike fords hard plastic on their new f-150

Can you review a 2015 C Class with the luxury interior, (not the flat bottom steering wheel)?

This 'midsize' truck is as big as a FULL size truck was from the early 2000's

Wish this had the new 4.3 pushrod v6 vs. this crappie 3.6 DOHC. Hope the solved the durability issues of this engine.
