Can you do a slip and fall case in a motel in Conway Arkansas? The concrete was higher than other walkway and I tripped and fell face down on concrete. I have a closed head injury,broken nose and a left leg 🦵 contusion and can barely walk.
It could be if you have injuries. You don’t need broken bones. Can be a torn ligament or herniated disc in someone’s back etc. they are called soft tissue but in reality those are often life changing injuries as well
Question if i may : In a say New york lawsuit (*And i know its just a answer non binding to law) If a landlord/property owner was proven to be aware of a building code violation/defect say...missing handrail Broken driveway exposed live wires etc ...What would fall under "A reasonable amount of time for repair"? Days Weeks Months Years? ...My own issue was 2+ years of move in where He noted He removed it for a move out.+ his members and himself entered the unit many noted times (Inspection / fire marshal etc thru this period) with the problem in plain view With the time allotted would this also change the idea of Neg, to gross neg? Yes if a condition existed for weeks then a reasonable person could say the landlord should have found the issue and fixed it. You don’t need gross negligence. Just plain regular negligence is sufficient and then you can recover your damages

I fell inside the door way of the Mta bus on my knees.the driver didn't pull up to the curb of the bus stop. He stop in street he didn't lower the bus.i got up,I paid my bus fare and sat down on the bus. upon reaching my stop I notice it was difficult getting up so I walk over to the emergency room.The hospital was at least a 5 to 7 minutes walk the most.im not in therapy I did a mri on my right knee and my back I have another mri appointment for my left knee coming up. I need a lawyer.

What if you were working with someone who made fake insurance on you and someone else caused your accident
Like a fake workers comp policy ? Usually the insurance we deal with is from the building where a plaintiff falls.
