Fishing the Eraring Power Station in Lake Macquarie. Made a bit of a drive to Lake Macquarie to try target whatever eats the surface and came across huge rays and a hammerhead shark!

There used to be tons of mullet and Long Tom there back in the day.

Didnt see any mullet cruising around but they’d definitely be heaps which probably explains why people target shark with mullet

That was cool seeing the shark a bloke told me last weekend he was using live gar n got busted of with a kingy but I've Hooke good flattys on the other side n cobia only Lil but I've heard of meter ones pulled out of there

Nice, not going to be surprised if someone pulls up a 30kg Cobia along with the GT’s and Mangrove Jacks. Good spot if you fish the right conditions IMO
