She knew exactly what he was doing. Who plans a 13th birthday party for the weekend after so everyone can attend, except the mother? He came back to the house and kept her in the car for the alibi. I don't think madeline left any phone, she wasn't allowed to have it. I think mother had it and forgot to give it to him to dump with the rest of Madeline's stuff.
I question the whole party situation. They kept saying all her friends were there. But it turns out there were only 2. I have a feeling this is huge!! I think this is not only a child-P ring but it's a business and perhaps, lifestyle. Just look at that 'father and son" team who just got caught (and lived near Maddie)
I don't think she died in the house and that's why they can't bring a murder charge. If she was killed elsewhere that's where the evidence is. If there are others involved and I think there is, Sterns may not have been the one who killed her. I think this is massive.

I am so lucky the stepfather I had for my son--was/is a absolutely wonderful person --my son is a 36-year-old dentist. We were talking about two weeks ago and he was telling me what a wonderful childhood he had and I’m telling you for a mom that actually brings a parent into the home to hear those words from your adult child was all the validation I ever needed that I was a great parent, when your kid says I had a great childhood it’s feeling you can’t explain- I wasn’t rich by far however we were fortunate enough to be able to go to Disney ,great America, universal ,we had a beach house every summer nice Christmases, but it wasn’t the financial. It was showing up for my kids being there with their activities and their events, and everything being about them, my child is 1 of the worst. I’m glad I was able to flip the script.

I think it was premeditated but Stephan underestimated the difficulty and overestimated his capability. I believe that the digital data where Maddie said that she was going to live in the woods after she turns thirteen is a key to showing some premeditation or planning. If Maddie wrote that herself then why? People will think it’s because she was tired of dealing with abuse. Living in the woods is not reasonable, and she wouldn’t have said it with any real intention to do such a thing. She would have lived with her dad or grandmother before living in the woods. If Maddie wrote that herself it was a flippant remark or a joke. It is possible Maddie didn’t write it herself and that it was Stephan who entered that comment in her digital data. I believe if this can be proven then the prosecution will be able to argue premeditation.

Now if Maddie would’ve been staying at the condo with Jen, why would this call Steven and both of them specifically say in their interviews to pick her up at take her to school. My guess is he picked her up from grandma‘s house which grandma lived closer to the school then Jen my guess is that they lived in a different county they lived in Osceola county but the school that she goes to is in Orange County. Maybe they were using grandma‘s address as Madeline‘s living address so that she either didn’t have to switch schools or she could go to hunters Creek middle school. So that’s my assumption on the timeline situation. And the questioning of why if they lived in Osceola county, how Madeline was going to a school in Orange County because hunters Creek middle school is in Orange County.

I dunno, I’ve seen people drive for weeks on a doughnut tire. They last at lower speeds, not highway speeds. I think if I had a doughnut tire and a corpse in my car, I’d keep going deep into the woods until I found a pond with an alligator water feature. We are missing quite a few pieces of the whole story which makes it difficult and causes a lot of speculation. I agree the mother didn’t see her Monday morning. It looks like the mother is repeating what Stephan told her to say. Watching the interviews shows a very strange codependent relationship between the mother and Stephan. Is she under duress or “working” with him? What does the mother know? When was she at work? Where wasMadeline on Sunday evening? Is the Mother getting financial support in exchange for selling photos of her daughter? With 13 they would step it up and sell her to someone and something went horribly wrong because M. had had enough and fought back? So many theories and missing facts. The police are looking through all the evidence and have to be careful not to jump the gun so they don’t compromise the case. With the evidence on his phone it will uncover more people/cases. I wouldn’t want to do the police’s work and go through all that awful material. RIP Madeline.❤ May you get justice!
I cant stop thinking about this poor little girl and although I do believe her mother should also be charged in this case for not protecting her and lying about everything, I have come up with the only theory that fits everything we know so far.. Police said they believe SS had moved Maddie during the early hours of Monday. He was seen returning to the complex at 7.35am with Maddie lifeless in his car and throwing her school laptop and backpack in the dumpster before leaving again at 8.19am. Why did he have her school laptop and backpack at that time? She hadnt gone to grandmothers from school the day of her party because it was a Sunday, there was no school so she wouldnt have any reason to take her school laptop and bag to the birthday party. It would have been way too early to go to school Monday morning, so why was it even in his car? The only reason I can come up with is that he was planning to abduct her sunday night/ Monday morning. He could have woken her during the early hours, made her leave her phone there, get dressed while she was still sleepy then taken her without JS even noticing! Maddie may have woken fully in the car and began struggling or screaming and he could have ended her right there and then. He could have decided to come back to Jens house, dump her bag and laptop in the dumpster, to make it look like she had simply run away and then drove to where he finally left her. Does anyone know if there was somewhere near his dads house that he could have hidden her while he was waiting to go get his vape juice? He could have been storing items of her clothing in his car leading upto the planned abduction and changed her into jeans during that time. I will admit im stumped on how he got her under the trees without being seen or leaving a trail of evidence but I suppose we'll find out all that out when they charge him 🤞
Police will never give accurate places in any area when it is a crime scene yet will add words or misdirect so not to draw too much attention. He was seen changing the tire in exactly where she was found. Someone private sent in the information.

OMG I just watched a video deep dive on Jennifer Lisette Soto. It might be common knowledge but I didn't know that Sterns has a record starting back in 2019 for abusing Maddie. It shows when Soto & Sterns first met, video of them at the Sunken Gardens, I'm shocked.
Here is what I think. I think he told her he would take her out for breakfast before school to get her in the car (all pre planned). He killed her in his car when he pulled into the church. Drove around with her body in the front seat till he got rid of her body. RIP Madeline.

Dumpster for the apt complex is usually in the middle or on the way in or out of the main gate. I could speculate and say this went on and that happened. The guys Mom is in denial obviously. I mean no one would want their son accused of a horrific crime like this one. His Momma had best be very careful who she talks to because Im not a lawyer here but I would think investigators would be listening very carefully and someone like guys Momma wouldn't want to be involved in telling people what to say and stuff. One would be interfering in an investigation. Same with Jen Soto. She's in denial and may be even trying to cover up. Time will tell.
I really don't think that Madeline was never back at the apartment. I think this happened after the party. Stephan took her somewhere. I keep going back and forth on whether Jennifer was involved in more than the cover up. Could she have met Stephan at where he took Madeline when she finished her shift? She was at that church , where he took her the night before. Something really evil went on there. After drugging her Mom. Left her in car after picking her up at church that morning,. Just so Mom could see her and he would say taking her to school. Just my thought , just listening to chats.

The only reason I can come up with is that he was planning to abduct her sunday night/ Monday morning. He could have woken her during the early hours, made her leave her phone there, get dressed while she was still sleepy then taken her without JS even noticing!
Maddie may have woken fully in the car and began struggling or screaming and he could have ended her right there and then.
He could have decided to come back to Jens house, dump her bag and laptop in the dumpster, to make it look like she had simply run away and then drove to where he finally left her. Does anyone know if there was somewhere near his dads house that he could have hidden her while he was waiting to go get his vape juice?
He could have been storing items of her clothing in his car leading upto the planned abduction and changed her into jeans during that time.
I will admit im stumped on how he got her under the trees without being seen or leaving a trail of evidence but I suppose we'll find out all that out when they charge him 🤞

Police will never give accurate places in any area when it is a crime scene yet will add words or misdirect so not to draw too much attention. He was seen changing the tire in exactly where she was found. Someone private sent in the information.

I'm really curious about the birthday party. Where were all her friends and family? All the photos show Maddie all by herself and a cake with two presents on the table. It just seems strange.
If you look at the party photo, the reflection in the oven unit, you can see three older men. Where were the friends? Why were there three older men at the party and why organise it for a day her mother cannot make it.

Dumpster for the apt complex is usually in the middle or on the way in or out of the main gate. I could speculate and say this went on and that happened. The guys Mom is in denial obviously. I mean no one would want their son accused of a horrific crime like this one. His Momma had best be very careful who she talks to because Im not a lawyer here but I would think investigators would be listening very carefully and someone like guys Momma wouldn't want to be involved in telling people what to say and stuff. I believe he tried to have his way and she fought him off, then he strangled her in the car and went back to the Apartment to get her jeans and dispose the black shorts so his bodily fluid wont be detected, i think where she was found wasn't his plan to dispose her body, he got a flat and threw her in the bushes before anyone sees him

Now if Madeline would’ve been at home With Jen, why would Jen have to call Steven to tell him to pick Maddie up and take her to school? She would just tell him take her to school. Grandma‘s house is closer to Maddie school then Jen‘s house. Actually, Jen lives in a different county. My guess is Jen has Maddie living address in the school board as grandma‘s home allowing her to go to hunters Creek because they live in Osceola county not Orange County.
