ceo hat is meta especially for the bulma strat in challenge rifts also sharingan eye is the best artifact in the game when ranked up death note is broken on spawners specifically steve and hogyoku is the best for inf those all should be in S tier

Yeah I only recently got ceo for Bulma, it is good. Shaingan is goated. Death note I've heard can be pretty good for inf and if it works on summoners like Steve. Ridiculously cool. And hogyoku for inf is S I agree. Valid points desired

Nice tierlist bro, you can see each artifact stat when you go to the artifact upgrade, you click the artifact and it will show you the current rank stats and it next rang stats

Philo stone is eh, each kill is only like 0.05%, it gets better with tier but its never a very large %, and it only stacks 100 times. Thats a 5% attack increase after 100 kills. Why would you run that over the dragon radar or hogyoku
