I'm not sure if its a good thing that I know exactly what you mean without having to think. I always call it the Broken Hope bass tone as it was always so prevalent within that bands albums, maybe the first band to do that little fusion-y goof lol. Diddley diddley doooooooo.

Simply perfection. Thank you dudes for making such incredible tunes. I’ve been listening to this and one other album back to back for the past few weeks now.
