Mere rocks it!!! That last scene of Mere laying with dog wiped out from the day was precious. The demolitia loves Mere. It was cool that talked up an American company for almost 10 minutes. Top quality American products are so far and few between these days.

Not going to lie, never before have I been excited to watch a video and learn about jumper cables. I have no real need for those heavy duty cables but damn I want a set installed on my truck. It's also very telling that he is not asking for a positive review but rather an honest review. Need more businesses like this.

I had a ex-police Suburban with one of those bummper plugs for jumper cables. It is completely underrated. They make jumping cars so much simpler and easier, even though it seems like a very small improvement.

I was looking at making the exact same set up for the quick disconnect jumpers. Great to see a guy doing this! Excellent looking work on it. This is common in the 4x4/overlanding groups when trucks are involved.
Dave Ostacruiser is also in the middle of building his dream home as well. Matt's is a house with attached garage, Dave's is more workshop, garage, RV parking, with living quarters attached to fit all his toys and projects. But both of them living their respective dreams.
Matt being stoked about Sawyer's new business, brings back some memories for me. I felt the same way when Matt and Mere opened Bunker Branding, and bought the clinic.
And as my wife and I are creeping up on 50, yep, y'all were kids to us, at the time too. We're both proud of you, in your success, and remember when we took that same chance, 20 years ago, when we.started.a Powersports repair shop, out of the barn behind our house. That was three shops, and a.state ago.
After watching this, I'll be checking out his site, because we need a.new set of cables for the shop truck, and trailer. The set he sent you, is just what we were looking for.

@@aquariumaddict I guess you haven't been keeping up. Electric vehicles are expected to exceed 20% market share by 2030. And if you know anything about market share, that's the threshold for things to just take off. I, personally, think it'll happen even faster. Though 10 years is still a long time. But not $500 for jumper cables long
@@chaunceyphilpot3986 The problem with electric cars is that they take too long to charge and there aren't very many charging stations. Both of those are going to have to change in order for them to replace our current vehicles.

Texas cold definitely feels colder than Colorado cold. It's 40 out today and I'm refusing to go outside. 65 in the house when I woke up. Colorado cold on the other hand, it's always 65 inside, 20 degrees outside, and I'm ready to go plow through two feet of fresh powder to get to the slopes.
Michigan vs Florida is the same way. 40F feels a quite a bit colder in FL, than it did in MI.
Come check out Michigan. 65 in the morning, 40 by mid afternoon and lake effect snow (accumulating) & 31 in the evening. All four seasons in one day! Love being a Michigander! Pure Michigan!

@@jhoags92 At least you get snow! We get lucky if we get freezing mist, and it doesn't stick around for long. I guess there's the advantage though - we may get snow once every 5-10 years, and we don't have to deal with it for very long. I remember making a snowman as a kid that lasted a whole three days.

Mere has quite the crew of ladies for the photo shoot including plus size models which is a smart business decision because not all women are going to be slim like Mere. I think Mere's Linc line will become a go-to line of active wear for many women because all of the models are everyday women that customers will be able to relate to.

The best part is even though i saw the title and thumbnail and know it is another linc active photoshoot. I still watched it because it is matt. Got a nice story about jumper cables. He mixes in other things besides what the thumbnail is and it isnt just a stall fest.
I kinda stopped watching LunkersTV because of that... And it felt kinda trashy after the breakup.

Good work on using the yoga mats on the rough ground. I used to bring along some washcloths so that if a model had to sit on some sharp rocks the washcloth was small enough to be hidden and plush enough to protect the model's backside.
I have been looking for high quality jumper cables for a while now. Gunna check these out.
I work at an airport and a lot of aircraft have a set up with a quick connector like that because their batteries are so hard to access and it makes jumping them off so much easier when you are working around a propeller.

Those jumper cables look awesome. I lived in the NWT, Northern BC and Ontario ( all in Canada with winter temps -20 to -40 celsius) and a good set of jumper cables is necessary. The plug will take out the guesswork of which cable goes on which terminal.
So I have to say I love the fact that you dont only use super fit people for your shoots, you have some really skinny and some thicker ladies in there and i love it

Change the playback speed to the slowest setting, the video quality to the highest seeing and then take a couple screenshots. He records in either 1080P or 4k, but RUclips likes to down sample the quality on its own.
Pause the vid and use < and > keys to play frame by frame and find the one that is not blurred

@@pixelmaster98 The angle brackets are *shift + period* or *shift + comma* on a regular keyboard. While it's the same keys, makes better sense with the brackets to know which direction you're going.

You can patiently wait. Sometimes "American Made" is a little less convenient. Also, anything worth having is worth waiting for(life lesson, learn it).

Mere, I use to spend lots of time around San Antonio, all different times of the year. I have lived most of my life in Colorado, even a few years living in the mountains. With that being said, there have been many times that I have snow skied with just a sweatshirt on, and it was around 20 degrees! In San Antonio when it would get below 50 degrees, I would have my winter coat on. The difference is the humidity. With lower humidity, you don't notice the cold as much as you do with higher humidity. Of course, you found out with the high elevation in Aspen, the wine will hit you faster as well. Fall would have been a perfect time for a photoshoot because the aspen trees were in their glory!

At my work wr use the same plug he used for the cables. They are very durable and have been going for several years of constant use. They are very stiff when new, but the handle helps and they do loosen, but never enough to make it not work. I find a quick firm yank always undoes it the best.

Heck Yea best way to start the morning
Matt, regarding the HD jumper cables. First they look bad-a$$. My suggestion is to put a 12 volt DC CONTINUOUS DUTY solenoid (inside the engine compartment). That way, the plug (from the truck) is not energized unless you want to be hot at all times. For the control circuit, I used 2 wire coiled cable with a button to activate the high-amp battery cable. I put a weather tight enclosure that I plugged the coiled control cable into.
