Very difficult to choose because there are so many rush songs that I love. However, because I never knew Rush when they had the first three albums out, and my friends discovered them because of all the worlds, a stage, Neil Peart’s drum solo!!! My favorite song, other than working Man off the first album is take a friend. My favorite Rush song has to be the most unique Rush song. The Rhythm Method. , and my second favorite song (because I like the early stuff especially concept albums) The Fountain Of Lamneth ( the entire side 2) Hemisphere Side 1 2112 Side 1
Very Cool Rich, Rush being my favorite band all time. Please correct me if I am wrong. Rush was started by Alex Lifeson , Jeff Jones and John Rutsey. When Jeff Jones left,, he was replaced by Geddy Lee. The first album was John Rutsey on drums and Neil Peart Joined Rush and began writing lyrics on Fly By Night
Never heard of Jeff Jones, but they definitely wouldn't have turned out the same band we know and love. Neil joined after the first album and helped write Fly by Night.
@@RichTones to be honest with you I had to go to Wikipedia because I thought that John Rutsey’s brother Bill was an original member,and I was way wrong!!!! He was never in the band!!! But, Rutsey’s brother Bill came up with the name Rush . You should check Wikipedia out, because I didn’t know that Geddy Lee was kicked out of the band, he started a blues band, and then John Rutsey called him and told him we were sorry. Can you come back in🎸🎸🎸 Total All time Rush Members 9!!!!! But , in 1972. It was the same three as on the first album. it also said that they were a four-man band for a little while before 1972.
