That pocari sweat is awesome when you have been perspiring from heat or sickness & is really good for dehydration,i discovered it about 10 years ago while in Bali & buy it over here in Australia now too
The art residency is so cool! Congrats! I would love to do an art residency but being a caregiver to my hubby makes it difficult. The conference looked really interesting too. All of the things you get to do with the art residency seems like they would be interesting. Can't wait to see more about it.
Maybe a suitcase would be a solution to the portable storage. Can be lifted when you need to traverse the snow and when you have a clear path rolled. You could organize your supplies into smaller containers inside the suitcase. I imagine used/charity shops would have a good supply at some pretty reasonable prices. That way if a paint explosion occurs it isn’t ruining a large financial investment.

Have you heard of the Hulken Bag? Might be a great way for you to transport your supplies back and forth without breaking your back..
