He’s an embarrassment in the name of justice and should not just be removed from this case but from being a judge beyond this since we can’t guarantee this judge wouldn’t act like this overly biased “god like complex’ed” figure that is more worried about getting his good side on camera and seeming like he’s powerful when nobody respects him or even likes him the second he comes off that stand.

I’m in the U.K. so I don’t know how it all works in the different states of the US, but surely if a defence team calls for a mistrial countless times by now, you’d think it would be an independent adjudicator of some sort who would ultimately decide if a mistrial is warranted? The purpose of the many questions aren't about the answers it's about the questions. She's basically reading information to the jury regardless of what he says it's being documented by the court reporter and the jury is heating it. Later the jury can remember those questions when other witnessed are being questioned and when making a decision.

They tryna use that Ysl is a gang and use his murder as the main case involving gang activity to show it was in furtherance of Ysl and not just a record label
If they can't prove Donovan Thomas was killed in the furtherance of and by a gang (YSL) then the case is gonna be weak
Thomas death is what supposedly links all the “evidence” together for RICO. But so far, there has been no concrete evidence otherwise this trial would’ve been over months ago. What we’re watching is Prosecutors Hail Mary attempt because most “evidence” and theories have been disproven or don’t contain enough evidence for beyond a reasonable doubt. This is the make or break point in this trial, prosecution lost the popular/media battle, they’re losing the litigation and cross examination battle, and they’re all probably being investigated by a higher for federal violations due to the judge’s “ex parse”.
So, depending on how the next I’d say week goes, this case is likely going to be a mistrial. That doesn’t mean Thug is free but he’ll be able to catch his breath before they start again. If they somehow manage to drone on to the end, based off the way prosecutors and the judge are being shady, the way they treat the jury, etc. they’ll probably find YSL innocent.

Prosecution is trying to make the argument that Woody is scared of the defendants in the courtroom and therefor is changing his testimony compared to january 2015. Woody has repeatedly indicated he isn't concerned about being labelled a snitch, and when the defense at cross examination asks Woody "Are you scared of the defendants in this room?" and he says "No", the state's attempt to account for Woody's unreliability is out the window. The state's case is getting weaker by the question.
