That prosecutor does a lot of leading of the witness. About every question she asked him it's a leading question. She's telling the story and coaches him in to what she wants him to say
She's allowed to lead a "hostile" witness.
I think the attorney that withdrew was the attorney the judge believes informed the opposing party of what was discussed in chambers. I do genuinely believe notice should have been given about the ex parte communication of a critical witness.

They have evidence of them participating in a criminal element that included illegal drugs and ordering and executing hits on people. It's very telling how debauched too many members of society seem to be...A lot of you are against the DA's office when all they're trying to do is stop the YSL gang activity. Everybody ain't about that kind of life. They jumped off the porch to wreak havoc in the streets where people have jobs to hold them accountable for their actions. They should have stayed in the house.

seems our judicial system is made out to always come out the winner . like you start your case , and the people already 1 up on you. like starting a game and the opposite team starts with five points and the team you on has ZERO. you have many hurdles two jump if you are being wrongfully convicted. it's the worst feeling in the world. once you hear that not guilty verdict if their is one , feels like so much weight comes off your shoulders . you also come out with a great resentment towards our judicial system and the way this game is played.
