As far as Google and AWS, you can wire up the Azure DevOps pipeline to deploy to any cloud (Azure, AWS, Google etc) and even deploy on prem if you want. That's why the reference to the other clouds. As far as the branding, yes Azure is a competitor to those other clouds but compared to the old Visual Studio branding, it's definitely more neutral as Visual Studio branding has a long history of being Windows centric where Azure is very cross platform. Im sure they considered other non-MS brand names but it makes sense to use Azure for consistency because it's where all their other developer app services, APIs, AI/Cog services etc live.
All? Donovan was demoing off a Lenovo. That said not unusual to see Macs used because you can run Windows, Linux and Mac to do cross platform development.
When you say 10 parallel job, do you mean 10 parallel builds?
I wonder how your manual QA tests fit in this pipeline?
So Azure DevOps is for any cloud environment... I'm confused why the use of Azure in that name then. Seems like this will confuse most people.
I think Microsoft is planning to bring all of their cloud services under a single umbrella called Azure. So why they named as Azure DevOps
Jayendran I know but they mentioned Google and AWS, which will never be Azure..

Because this "DevOps" platform runs *on* Azure. That doesn't mean you can't push the binaries to AWS.
Donovan is awesome.
