    But developers are rewarded for adding feature. So we are literally taught to work against each other.

    Wow!!! OMG!!! Donovan Brown is on FIRE!!!! Great stage Delivery... Man I want to work for Microsoft Now!! I'm so impressed by the implementations from Microsoft hands down... recently I've been using my x2 Surface Book 1st GEN fully maxed out more & more than my MacBook pro touch bar - Software integration is so on point - linux WSL v2 intergations and so much more.... GO Microsoft!!! 2020

    You say user stories and product backlog should be in separate templates (Agile and Scrum) - 23:00 in . This is worrisome to hear from Microsoft as User Stories are very much part of Scrum Product Backlogs. So, it is beyond me why Azure Devops would not have one Agile Template that caters to Scrum and Kanban.
