Great job with the video and not overdoing the music. I liked the way you sped up the video on some parts, yet kept it at normal speed in others. The Ventrac is certainly an amazing machine, versatile, compact, powerful, and very maneuverable.
Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it.
That thing is an absolute beast. Expensive as all get out but a beast an certain project I can’t think of another smaller machine that leaves virtually no footprint that would do the same thing. It just seems to me like everything you add on these machines add another $500 to canopy is $800. The extra wheels are $1100 even the front wheels on the rough cut are like $800 so like my goodness man, it’s a great machine. I love your videos. Thank you.
Yeah it's an animal! And they keep getting more and more expensive! I think they are around $30k-$33k now just for the tractor. 😳 But they can sure get out there and make you some money. It's really in a class of it's own. You can take it anywhere and when you finish up, you won't even be able to tell a machine has been on it. Such a light footprint no matter the conditions. I want more attachments, but gotta save up for them. Like you said, they are expensive! Maybe someday I will have more attachments to show you all what they can do. But the Tough Cut is the go to attachment right now. Very solid piece! Thanks again for watching. I really appreciate your support here on the channel. Have a great day!
Wow , you got it lucky that you were able to get the wire so easily off . Was worried you could have put yourself in the river ! Thanks for the video ! Take care !
Yeah, for sure! That could have been a 2 hour ordeal lol. I was very cautious by the ditch. All that growth, you couldn’t tell where it started to drop off and into the water 😳
I love seeing the tought cut taming that kind of jungle!! Awesome job!
Ohhhhh yeah! Meeeee too! Thanks for the continued support. I appreciate it. 👍💯😎
Another good job! Glad to see you get the Ventrac up and going. See you in next one!
Thanks a lot! Appreciate the continued support. 👍💯😎
That thing is making sounds that would make me stop mowing if I heard them but it seems like it can handle that stuff. This mower is a beast.
Haha I hear ya. That’s the nature of the beast. That must means it’s getting the job done lol. Appreciate you taking the time to watch!
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri Yeah pretty satisfying to watch it mowing through that stuff.
Ohhhh yeah! 😎
Thanks for sharing. Like the paint job. Need lighting bolts on side😜😜🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
Thanks for watching! Haha...ohhh yeah! ⚡️
Be sure to throttle down all the way before turning off the tractor. Otherwise you will get that backfire like you did. And it will get way louder over time lol. Love your videos as always. And as always Cam! #GodProvides☝🏻
That was very enjoyable to watch!!! Made it look really good Cameron!!
Thanks a lot! I appreciate you takin the time to watch the video man! 👍 💯
You could flip up your ROPS and put a small snatch block and one at the end of your tuff cut and pull it up easy with a little 1/4 or 3/8" rope, keep the whole rig in a small canvas bag on the mower, or if you really wanted to get fancy get the smallest 4-wheeler winch. Happy cuttings 🙂
Awesome work !! 😜 .. lucky that fence you caught under the Ventrac didn't do any damage & was easy to remoVe🙏😁
A B S O L U T E L Y ! ! ! 🙏. Thanks for taking the time to watch! Appreciate the support. 💯
Fantastic job! That Ventrac 4500 Tough Cut is a monster (in a good way)!!!!!!😂
Absolutely! Thanks for taking the time to watch. Appreciate it! 😎👍💯
I am still blown away when you mow that crap down. I can't believe its chopping small trees and saplings like there nothing.
Ohhhh yeah lol. This thing is an animal! Eats through it like it’s nothin. Appreciate you taking the time to watch, man! We’ll check them out at Equip here in a couple weeks. 👍
Magnificent transformation!! ❤️🙏❤️
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Wow what an amazing machine GREAT JOB for sure and that cutting really opened up a lot of new usable lawn space plus the view of the canal/river??? Not sure what it was but I bet the owner will love it for sure. God's blessings to you. What a machine lolol.
Thanks so much! Definitely opens it up to the canal. The owner was very pleased with how well it chewed it all up. Appreciate you watching!
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri I must say it made me nervous a couple of times lol not being able to see where the bank ended. GREAT JOB for sure and Great Video.
Ohhh yeah lol. I was trying to feel my way around, but it was a little sketchy at times haha. Just glad I stayed on dry land lol.
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri I am glad you stayed on dry land too...I kind of closed my eyes a couple of times YIKES. God is blessing you for sure LOL
Haha...definitely glad that I stayed dry! New video coming soon. Hopefully you won’t have to close your eyes in this next one 😃
Seeing cuts like this get me wondering what if you also had a mini- excavator with a rotary cutter head, like either a mulcher head or smaller bushhog style cutter attachment. So that you could use the ventrac for the majority of the cutting and then come back to over the edge cut with the mini. Would that be worth the expense to you or is that just not on the horizon at the moment?
None the less, really got back good footage of yard that got lost to grow up. Looks spectacular at the end there.
That would be awesome to have a mini-ex to extend out over the water. The Ventrac makes a boom sickle mower, but I have no plans to get one. I don't think I could find enough work for it. But it's definitely an option for those that want to go that route. Appreciate you watching!
You have been missing in action ALL summer! Still a big fan and looking for new content my brother!
Have you added a fine flail to your inventory yet? I love the way it takes the project to a more finished look yet remains almost as tough as the tough cut. I like your videos and the odd challenges you are presented. Please keep them coming
Definitely would love to have the flail mower deck in the future! It would work perfect for a lot of the jobs that we tackle here in Mowssouri. Appreciate the support! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the content, your channel is exactly what i want to see. Big ol fields being mowed
Awesome! There’s a lot of em to tame here in Mowssouri! Stay tuned for more...
Love the ventrac and love your videos. What a difference you made with it. I think I would agree and splurge for the hydraulic deck lift. Need to stock up on some small tools as one day may not be so lucky when you find a fence. 😜 keep up the great work and content!
Thanks so much for the support! I really appreciate it. I want that new deck with hydraulic lift! Maybe someday you will see it here on the channel. And you are definitely right on the small tools - hopefully I can get better organized over the Winter lol. I always say that, but you know how it goes. Thanks again for watching and stay tuned for more vids here in Mowssouri! 👍
That Ventrack is one monster of a Machine, it’s unstoppable but That Wire messed things up glad your still young What a Amazed me there was a Small tributary of water going thru Property did not see it till the End thought Property dropped off very Impressed Navy John in Maine
That Tough Cut is one heavy heavy deck but man you know that thing will out perform anything out there! Good job and I have been there with the fence V.S. the blades and it ain't no fun!!
It sure is! I need to throw some heavy duty wire cutters in there for the future. I was very fortunate that wasn’t a 2 hour ordeal lol.
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri yes sir wire cutters are a must, last time I had that problem I actually cut the deck off because I just got finished with the job and could tell that something was right. Well thank goodness I was done because I ended up taking the blades off to get it untangled.. A HUGE MESS!!
@@medlinlandmaintenancellc 🤯
Oh wow! It happened at the right time it sounds like. Never know what you’re going to get into on these Tough Cut jobs lol. Always something tho lol
You need to get one of those spinning knobs for stearingwheel . Make stearingwheel a little easier for you. Great job like your videos alot , keep the faith brother
Good idea! Thanks for watching.
That looks 💯 better, Awesome job.
Thank you so much! I appreciate that. 💯
I love my ventrac and tuff cut. It’s a joy to me.
Ohhhhhh yeah! Love this machine. 👍😎💯
A guy I used to know in Dalton, GA would use an out front cutter on a skid steer - after about 2 back-spraining episodes of barb wire/chicken wire and lifting the deck…(hydraulic lift not an option on this set up) he bolted on a 4’ upright piece of structural steel; then attached a block and tackle that hooked to the front of the deck. If an obstruction or tangle caused a need to bring the deck up he just pulled on the line and it eased up with little effort.
Told me it saved all kinds of time and muscle…
So so so so very cool my friend
Thanks a lot! Appreciate you watching
Awesome machine thanks for sharing.
Ohhhhhh yeah! 😎 Thanks for watching! More vids coming...
solid machine well engineered
Absolutely! Thanks for taking the time to watch!
Nice job! Hope the fencing didn't mess up your bush hog
Thank you!!!!! Nope, all is good! No damage was done. Appreciate you watching!
I’ve seen this one before and I really liked it
Ohhhh yeah! Thanks a lot for watching! 😎 👍
This is an amazing machine!
Ohhhhh yeah! Crazy what it can tackle! Thanks for taking the time to watch. I appreciate it. 😎👍💯
That bridge is scary
Ohhhh yeah...definitely a little sketchy!
I said the same thing 😂 I thought I heard a board crack
I enjoy all your videos, and Im curious about the specs of this job 1: how large is the area that you run the rough cut on? 2: how long did this particular job take? what does a job like that bill out at in your area?
Thank you for watching the videos! This was a smaller job. Probably took a couple of hours or so. This is a pretty expensive machine, so you have to bill out accordingly. If you're under $250/hr then you're just volunteering your time. You can knock out a really nasty overgrown area quickly with this machine though.
Wow 👌 infernal machine 😉
Haha yeah! 😎 Thanks for watching! 👍👍👍
Wow, that thing is a beast. i might have to make an investment because if it does all that, i will pay for it in no time
It will eat through just about anything. If you can find the work, this machine will pay for itself in no time. Thanks for watching!
That make shift bridge ooh wee 👀 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
haha I know bro 😂. Just close your eyes and keep rollin lol
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri I guess 🤦🏿♂️😂😂😂
Very Nice job
Thanks
a friend of mine put a think it was a dr brand mowing deck the ones you can pull behind a atv an such on the back of his ventrac so he dont have to go over it twice works great he says so far
Not a bad idea! Thanks for watching. 👍👍👍
You are strong but u need help to finish this difficult different project more beautifully efficiently,it's a awesome machine u got ,doing a great job
Thank you. Appreciate you stopping by to watch this video. More coming soon, so stay tuned...
My bud has tye same deck. He wishes he also would have the hydraulic lift but he has a cable come a long with and he uses the roll bar to pull it up. He has a bad lower back. So he doesn't like lifting the deck up 😅
Not a bad idea at all! If I ever upgrade to the 4520, I’m gonna have my eye on that newer Tough Cut with hydraulic lift. The last thing you want to do is lift on that thing after you’ve spent a few hrs in the dust knocking down overgrown brush. Appreciate you taking the time to watch!
Could've made some tea with those Sumac flowers.
There u go!

Get er done!
Clamp a boat winch to the rops and crank it up? Note to self, pack a tool bag with a couple of cordless tools?
Definitely need to start packing more survival tools when out running the Ventrac!
I bet that beast cost a boat load of money.. but cheaper than a bob cat with a mulcher head
It’s more money than I really want to spend. Lol But it does a really good job. And yes, it is way cheaper than a skid, steer and mulcher! Thanks for taking the time to watch!
Need to carry a come a long with you to raise the deck
That’s a good idea! Appreciate the feedback
I love sketchy bridges like that. How's that hydraulic lift feature sound to you now?
Haha right. Very sketchy bridge. I really want that new Tough Cut with hydraulic lift lol! Appreciate you watching! 👍
You do a great job. Why don't you blow your piece of equipment off first before you load it up. I never want to take the weeds home with me.
Your going to have to lay off those coco puffs and eat your Wheaties. 😆🤣
Haha I know right! 🤣
Tough cut isn’t the right name for that thing. Shredded is better I think. Gj dude.
Haha I like it! Pretty wild machine!
Wow that's a huge mess
Ohhh yeah! It cleaned up pretty good though. Thanks for watching!
Bridge is real sketchy.
Absolutely lol. None of those boards were nailed down, but the Ventrac made it across! Twice lol
I want a Ventrac so I can mow KY.
There's a really good Ventrac dealer in Benton, KY - CrossRoads Lawn & Garden. Check them out. They'll hook you up. Thanks for watching!
Won’t you take Lego old metal toolbox a small size one and weld one on your machine and put like cut like cutting pliers a knife in arginine things you know you need for it that’s what I was done well Jicha like I just said like a box to box and keep arginine stuff in there what do
Awesome
Ohhhh yeah! 😎. Thanks for watching!
I love you channel
Thanks so much for the support!!!!
Is there a particular brand or style blade that you like or prefer?
As far as I know, there’s only one style and brand for this particular deck. Thanks for watching!
Do you go through a lot of belts ?
Not at all surprisingly.
👍
Thank you!
What is the full throtle rpm on your Ventrac? Is sounds awesome.
Is the Ventrac better cuttin the brush than a Gravely or anyother mowers?
Just wondering? Is the Ventrac 4500 available with a grappler attachment.
They do offer a bucket with grapple attachment for the Ventrac 4500! Thanks again for watching!
Am I way over shooting it with saying this is a several thousand dollar job
Do you hit a lot of rocks by doing that
You really gotta be careful when running into the wild with this machine. Rocks, concrete, stumps, fence, etc. There’s a high chance something is out there under all that mess. Thanks for watching!
MOWssouri...ha!
❤❤❤
Thank you!!!
better a excavetor with mulcher for this job
Definitely would have helped tackle down the ditch bank. 😎
@@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri yep in some part im scary you fall down XD
Lol I hear ya. It was a little sketchy at times. Appreciate you taking the time to watch. 👍👍👍
💚👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!!! 😎👍💯
How to destroy a $30,000 lawnmower!
Nah, that’s what this machine is designed for. Thank you for watching!
Boys and their toys, I want ago??😂😂😂
Haha 😂. Boys will be boys! Thanks for watching! 👍👍👍
Very Nice JOB
Thanks a lot!!!! Appreciate the continued support! 👍👍👍
