Nicely done. I appreciate that you don’t feel the need to insert yourself into the view like so many others. Missing top of decent arrow and didn’t see V speeds for the approach may be because destination data was not completely filled in (no baro/winds). Nice job salvaging the approach….you saw early that you were high. Great video!
I think you mismanaged the autopilot system & airspeed the final approach but either ways, you landed safe! great job! loved this video all the way!! wish you many happy landings ! Stay safe!

Thanks RastaPilot! Glad to see you again! The thing is, I like having heavy workloads while flying, that's why I like airliners such as the analogue 727. It will keep you extremely busy lol. GA aircraft are really nice, the VFR VR experience is amazing! But I get a tad sleepy for some reason, so I have been flying a lot of DCS and BMS to get my fix on heavy workloads during flight! Just personal preference really. I hope we get big analogue aircraft soon into MSFS, that is my jam!
I have not used flightsim for many months, and I know a lot has changed, but I would like to ask you if the Ipad "flypad", is another mod, or addon, or if this is part of the A32NX package. I really hope it's not another paid addon, because there is enough of them already, but either way, it does look very cool, and incredibly useful. I'm currently installing all the updates for MSFS, and, looking forward to taking to the skies once again. EDIT: Just been looking around, and I see that the Ipad is actually part of the A32NX mod, which is awesome. Those Flybywire guys are doing some really amazing work. Can't wait to try it out.
@@XCHECK 😂 quick question. Will DX12 make a big improvement in performance. I have a RTX 3080 and i9 10900k water cooled. On approach into EGLL over London I get around 15-20 FPS. The game stutters a lot and the FPS graph shows that I’m limited by the main core. Is that dues to DX 11?
@@infinite2246 DX12 will allow developers to have much more control on how the simulator will interact with the CPU and GPU. If they do indeed apply this correctly, we should be able to see immense performance gains. But, it all depends on how it is implemented. And yes, DX11 is still focused on single thread performance, that is what is causing your FPS issues.
I'm having a strange glitch now, I tried to app Toronto Canada in 3 different aircraft & every time the sim crashes to desktop. I did have a manual cache on that area so I thought that might be the problem but I deleted that & it still crashes to desk

Flypad comes with the FBW a320 indeed! This bird will only get better!
I think your airspeed dropped too much to about 105 kt when you approached. The airplane almost stalled. That is why the sink rate quite dramatic.

Nice video. I think you know what heppened with the landing. You turned off A/T and you flared at 100kts.

Last I tried it, it did not work the greatest in VR. Frame rates were not very good.
Yeah... Seems like aircraft with many systems are a no go for VR in MSFS.
