    This is the best video ever. I like making mashups but always stuck with mixing the already mastered tracks. I finally got a relief. ❤

    Vet man! Maar dit vergt veel ervaring, ik Mix al heel wat jaren muziek. Maar de manier waarop jij dit doet is echt next level! Ik draai voornamelijk house, techno en hardere stylen. Ik probeer wel eens verschillende genres te mixen en weet hoe moeilijk het is. Respect Chris!

    The pioneer flx10 has stem capability built into it?? Wow I think I know what my next controller will be when I upgrade to a 4 channel

    • @ChrisDeluxe
      @ChrisDeluxe  21 день назад +1

      Keep in mind the FLX10 is a controller, so the stem separation is still done in rekordbox/Serato, the hardware buttons are just dedicated triggers for the software. You can also map an older controller for stems, in example with the performance pads, using midi

      Goede manier van leren heb ik zelf ook gemerkt, namaken van goede voorbeelden. Zelfde idee als reference tracks gebruiken bij zelf produceren.

    Hi there, happy holidays. I made a beat but I want to use an acapella which is a little slower in bpm. The beginning falls relatively on the beat but a few parts need adjusting. Im going to follow your method later today. Cheers

    Hi Chris, excellent video! Thank you. Just a quick question from a n00b here; why do you lower the volume on each track, instead of using a limiter on the master?

    Great tuturial. Are you familiar with using a digital sampler?
    If so, is it possible to use one of these mainly to re edit a track for better organization of any danse track for entry and exit points please.
    Thanks.

    Chris would you say its better to do this on AL ? I use FL studio and just getting familiar with it and do not see other tutorials about mashups on FL so wondering if everyone uses mainly AL to do this ? Would you recommend i get AL too ?

    • @JonValtandtheEvilRobots
      @JonValtandtheEvilRobots 2 месяца назад

      My experience with FL is that it isn’t made for this so much as for making beats etc. It may not be the answer you want, but this might be a “right tool for the job” scenario.
      Pretty sure everything he does can be performed using the stock plugins and working within the limitations of Ableton Live Lite, which you can get for real cheap or sometimes free with a piece of gear, if budget is a concern. You don’t need the fancy version to mash tracks.

      Thank you, i will serach some hardware with free AL, this is a great idea. Much appreciated.@@JonValtandtheEvilRobots
