How do you get play your sets without them getting taken down by RUclips because of copyright?
joe dale the copyright system is really weird, i don’t have a perfect solution for it. It really depends on the tracks that you’re using. And I feel like RUclips is backing off a little more when you have more attraction on your channel such as subscribers and trust!
Yeah but the problem is I can’t get subscribers because RUclips won’t let me upload, it got taken down is seconds. Thanks for replying anyway.

Exactly, first you have to start the idea in any dj software and then you take it to the production program and you can have a good result
It's really fun to see that you don't just do regular easy mashups, that you're actually spending a lot of time perfecting them and also producing on top of the tracks to get it to sound the way you like it to. Gives you a very unique style, keep it up!
I honestly agree with you on the switch. I have used FL Studio for a few years and never really put alot of time into it. To me it just felt very confusing. I thought what the heck and decided to try Ableton and i can honestly say i wish i made the move over earlier. It just feels a lot easier to use and understand. For anyone wanting to try it, there is a 90 day free trial that you can grab. Great Video as well WeDamnz!! This has really opened my eyes more on creating Mashups. I also thank you as i was trying to find a place to grab some Studio Acapellas.

Hey man, how are you coping with clipping on the master? Myself I'm trying to balance volumes and EQs as good as possible but clipping still occurs and after exporting my mashup often sounds a bit messy and not as loud / dynamic

In general terms, what you should know is that in reality mashups can be done in many tracktor software from native instruments, serato dj, virtual dj, now much more with its new version with built-in steams and others with music production such as ableton, fl studio, pro tools, logic pro among others what really matters is that in the end that project sounds good and has quality and the public likes it.

Great tutorial! got a lot of trick and tips thank you for that :) i only have one question and that's how do you now how many semitones you have to go down or up? how do you calculate that? :) and from which of the tracks should i go on?? like foe an example I'm working on two mashups right now and one mashup ( 9A and 5A ) have many is that? and the other mashup ( 11B and 12B) have many semitones?
I bassicly just hum the key of the instrumental and the key of the acapella. After that i'm just checking what the difference is by humming to the next tones in the certain key.

I mean, i do mashups, but like Goblin Mixes, i try to isolate both tracks, not messing with their bpm or something, and just make soft reverbs from one track to other, but nice video :D

The FL studio interface is a bit of a busy mess. What I like the most of Ableton is the session view which I use to prototype with songs before I arrange them.
@@maus3454 Prolly a dumb question, but I'm weighing my options for a DAW to dive into, and ableton seems like a top contender for me...But I'm new to the DAW's so I am unfamiliar with making mixes or editing them with DAW's. So with Ableton, you can not only edit your already recorded mixes from your mix deck, and improve the audio and fix some errors made during that mix, but you can also take it a step further and record an entire say 1 hour mix and or a quick 10 min mashup just using the ableton software alone? Making those edits and utilize FX's to prep the mix then just record it through the software at a specified volume and it's already mastered once the recorded mix is completed? Thx for any input!

what can you do to get rid of the clashing between vocals from the acapella and vocals from your second song?
great tutorial btw
just put an eq on the track which has vocals you don't want and cut/lower the high frequencies until you barely hear the vocals. Now you can easily blend any other vocal over it
