My wife and I have a 2017 Buick Cascada which we love. But we have ordered a 2021 3LT Corvette. Can’t wait to get it. When our friends see us in the Cascada they kind of roll their eyes. We just say “We might be old but we’re not boring.” Can’t wait to see their reaction when we get the C-8.

Rick, I just want to say that because of your channel, I learned about the cool things you can do in Bowling Green in addition to visiting the National Corvette Museum. I learned about the NCM Motorsports and the walk around the factory. I tell you I did all of those things and was well worth the drive from Jacksonville, FL. I think you are internalizing the mechanical issue a little too much for your health and peace. Not a complaint. I just know how painful it is to internalize every person’s dilemma that you feel responsible for. As a retired pastor, I get it. But you are going out of your way to help the customer. There needs to be lots of peace from that. You are a good and decimated salesman. Keep up the good work. God bless.

Rick, I was an IBM salesman for 30 years. Over those years I learned that a good salesman is "Employed" by the company but "Works" for the Customer!
Jeff and Irene, really like your color combo, my C8 coming is Torch red / with same interior as yours. When we order our Z06 it will be in the silver /red interior combo( assuming the new silver is as nice as yours). I recently had a chance to drive a C8 a 200 miles, and I was truly blown away , only way I can describe it is unbelievable, so tight, solid and handles incredible. I currently have a 2019 ZR1 and a Camaro ZL1, which are both very nice cars, but this C8 has gone to a whole new level. Congrats again and enjoy.

First of all I can’t believe so people don’t subscribe!! Crazy! We watch a few vlogs but yours is the best by far, you’re like family Rick. And we do miss Chuck 918. Second we heard they’re making 850 cars a week, will the people who ordered their 2020 still be able to get them? Or has that ship sailed?

Good luck I've been trying to get a hold of Rick for 4 months too busy making videos I guess I'm over it also I was told by the lady last week that they service their area first which if they would have told me that in the first place I wouldn't have wasted 4 months thanks Rick
@@scottchurchill8801 that sucks sorry that happened. I've been trying local dealers and after a year haven't been given much info on purchasing a c8. Kinda figured they will be sitting on lots in late 2021 or spring 2022 and buy one then. Good luck buying one.

The only thing that I would like to see is for GM to bring back the C5 Electron Blue. It was my favorite old color. I saw one again at a race a few weeks ago and it is still my favorite color.

Does your c8 price have no markups? Free delivery to other state?
Im sure delivery is not free
Delivery is included in the price and is shipped to the dealership that you purchased the car from. When buying out of state you have three options.
1. Pick up the car from the dealership that sold you the car.
2. A courtesy deliver to a dealership in your local area for a fee that the local dealership will dictate
3. An additional charge for a museum delivery.
If you are serious about buying a corvette I would suggest you start learning all about them.

Typical delivery for a reputable enclosed transport was around $1 per mile. Most dealers are marking them up $5-$30k; some are saying that there is no mark up until it’s produced then the scum bag dealers say that there is an unforeseen “market adjustment” knowing they got you by the 🥜 Get everything in writing!
I am glad I subscribed. It s the first channel I ever subscribed to. Love the prize. Love blade silver car. Really like the interior specs. Really excited about the 2021 new options especially the spoiler. A spoiler just finishes what is already an awesome looking car. I agree with Rick 100% about the coloured engine covers.

Rick, understandable once delivered any issues would be considered warranty but if it were me and if the vehicle could be replaced in a reasonable timeframe I would not accept delivery of a new car with a serious engine problem. I would imagine if delivery were not an issue you would agree.

Fun video thanks for 2021 info stuff. Question for you. It doesn’t look like it’s possible to get the GT2 seats in the 1LT, it’s either GT1 or the competition seat. Do you know if it’s possible to override this and get a 1LT with GT2 seats? Thank you

Have you heard anything about an application/accessory, factory or aftermarket that will prevent water from pouring into the engine bay during a wash? This will determine whether I go with a coupe or convertible. Looking forward to working with you.
Why do people pay 2 shipping fees? I am in CA and purchased my C8 from an East coast dealer but made arrangements to do a courtesy delivery at my local dealer. So my car shipped from the assembly plant right to CA.

Great info Rick. I was messing around with the build site the other day and the sky cool gray/strike yellow interior option was only available on 3LT. It looks so good I may consider spending the extra $$ on the 3LT over the 2LT!

Yep! Everyone talks about how great the C8 drives and how nice it is to travel in. Sounds like the care has already found you. Delivery by truck is not always something you can plan on (time wise).
