Yeah. Thrips are so damn annoying but the predatory mites really are a blessing. I couldn’t get through the winter without them. During the growing season when I get my plants back outside the lady bug larvae are hatching right above my grow space on a huge sweet autumn clematis vine and I get thousands of them that help with the pests on my tropicals. I think they really enjoy the aphids that are attracted to the clematis. It’s been such a help. Anyways, thanks for sharing all the awesome plants, happy holidays. Take care.

I was wondering what species of predatory mites you have been using? I’ve been having a huge problem with thrips at the moment!

The ones used for thrips were amblyseius swirskii. I ordered them from Natures Good Guys through Amazon. Make sure to get enough sachets! Need around 1 per 2-3 plants to be super effective. Could get away with less if the thrips aren’t too bad and you move the sachets around periodically.
