@arly deleon try to get it pre-bleached next time if you wanna do it again, so they won’t need to use as much bleach, it doesn’t damage your hair at all
Yeah but someone said this service costed over $500. Which is overpriced in my opinion. Makes sense if you live near the city. But my stylist is a master colorist and teaches other stylists how to do hair and she’s NEVER charged me more than $250. I just had a 6 hour balayage done going from brown to silver/blonde hair and she only charged me $175. To be fair, I drive about 30 minutes away from the city to the salon she works at but even all the stylists there charge no where near $500 for a color-job.

I wish this level of color processing was possible for me but my hair is so fragile I just know that it would end up being so damaged- it looks amazing on you though💕
Oh my god this is gorgeous on you! Coming from a stranger :) just had to comment and let you know this suits you so so well! Hair goals literally! I showed my fiancé this colour and he wants me to do this! So my question is what do I ask for exactly at my hairdresser ? I’m naturally black (Asian hair also) I can’t belive that was one session! Loooove !
ahhh you are too kind, thank you so much April !! ♡ I'd for sure grab a whole bunch of photos for inspiration (if you check out instagram.com/ultrafadebyrich there are so many reference photos to choose from!) and I asked for a really ashy blonde colour, to which my hair stylist suggested that I go for an 'ICY BLONDE' shade that would eventually fade out to the light white blonde that I anticipated :)) Also, I had previously dyed my hair back at the start of the year myself which is why I thiiiink my hair had lifted that light in the first go but it truly does depend on your length, thickness and colour history of your own hair! So I would definitely recommend the OLAPLEX treatment option (although its pricey, its well worth it in the end because my hair still feels really healthy) as well as describing the colour as an ashy ice blonde or silver with lots of reference photos for them to really get a vision of what you'd like! I hope this helps April! all the best for your hair and I hope it turns out well 🤗♡
Ahh wow yes your reply was very helpful to me thank you lovely! I wish I was Sydney based instead of Melbourne! I’d be at the same salon you got yours done! Usually it would take like 3/4 sessions to achieve your gorgeous colour. Do you have to go in for regular trims when it starts growing back black on the ends? (If your natural colour grows back) and how often do you re colour it ?? Sorry for the questions :) also one last thing if you don’t mind me asking how much was the price just for this one session roughly! If you can remember, Im guessing very $$ gah but so worth it hey! You’re literally the only person I can find with this gorgeous hair in aus !! Take care xx
@@aprile8570 no no don't be sorry for the questions! I guess the way our hair lifts from the bleach is supppper different. My hair itself is quite thin so it's best to consult with your stylist before making any decisions, so I asked for a gradual fade into the silver (it doesn't really show up on camera but my entire scalp/ top half is my natural hair colour!) so far whenever my colour has faded into a warm tone blonde, I just apply the fanola (ALOT) onto my hair into the shower and leave it on for 5 minutes 2x and its back to the colour I like! it's been 2 months already and I haven't yet gone back and I feel like I enjoy the gradual fade from black to blonde sooo that's why I haven't gone back for a touch up and my hair hasn't felt too bad to go in for a trim! In terms of pricing my hair costed me $530 and $130 for all the haircare products (which are a really good investment as they last for so long and keep your hair healthy!) yeeeees its really pricey :((( but if you want good quality, effort and results I guess you gotta splurge alittle hehe. You are too kind April thank you for your love, take care too pleasee ♡♡
Hey, so pretty! I actually want to go a similar colour but I feel like my hair is going to fryyyyy with it being bleached twice. I also have naturally black hair. How does your hair feel? Do you have to use heat on it often to stop it from looking frizzy?
this turned out beautifully omg the color suits you well!! i'd love to do the same thing (which is how i came across this video heh) but i'm worried about the cost >
This is the exact thing I want to do to my hair!! Aghhh yours came out SO good I’m literally showing it to my stylist for inspiration for what I want! 💗
Love how your hair turned out! Was this all in 1 session? I hear people say for this people have to go in a few more times. Was your hair virgin or have you dyed it before this?
Oh. My. God. You're an artist. Doing work like that at 18 y.o. is practically unheard of. YOU SLAYED THAT. Wish you would have shared your color formula though ;)
i cri, my hair was already bleached nicely and no damage.i came in 2 weeks later to a different salon to get a color like that, and all the did was fry my hair and made my hair orange :(((
nooooo :((( maybe you can grow it out a bit and then cut and restyle ?! my friend had a similar problem but invested in a purple dye/toner that counteracted the orange in her hair and made it an ashy brown !
Yes! You bet your pretty espectacular hair, that I’m using this video to the hair salon and show them, because I have black hair and they say it cannot happen
I have hair down to my waist, and I’m conflicted whether or not I should cut it before dying it, or that I should just let them dye it all. Money isn’t a factor, but time is. I’m a really impatient person, and I’m not gonna wait all that time just to get my hair dyed. But I’ve never had a major haircut before (until a few years ago, at least). Hello can i ask about the dark root color is it the same color that you apply on the ends too?? Or a dark color in the roots can i ask what color and for over all application is it ash only?

Also because of her dark hair they need to bleach her twice, which takes double the time and double the product, so double the cost.
